The Clinical Study On Chronic Heart Failure Treated By The Method Of Supplementing Qi And Nourishing Yin,Dispelling Phlegm,Removing Stasis And Draining Water

Objective:To evaluate the effects of the method of supplementing qi,nourishing yin,dispelling phlegm,removing stasis and draining water on TCM syndrome score,BNP,classification of NYHA heart function,Simpson method measured left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular diastolic diameter,left ventricular systolic diameter 6 minute walk test,Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale,and endogenous antioxidant stress factor in patients with chronic heart failure.This study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the method on chronic heart failure with qi and yin deficiency,and phlegm and blood stasis with water retention syndrome,and to explore the mechanism.Methods:40 patients with chronic heart failure who met the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Each group has 20 cases.The control group is given western standard medicine treatment for chronic heart failure.The experimental group was treated with western standardized treatment and the method of supplementing qi,nourishing yin,dispelling phlegm,removing stasis and draining water.The treatment lasts for 8 weeks.The clinical efficiency of the method of supplementing qi,nourishing yin,dispelling phlegm,removing stasis and draining water on the treatment of chronic heart failure is analyzed by observing TCM syndrome score,BNP,classification of NYHA heart function,Simpson method measured left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular diastolic diameter,left ventricular systolic diameter,6 minute walk test,Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale,and endogenous antioxidant stress factor indicating HO-1,SOD,GPx and NQO-1 before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The efficacy of TCM syndromes:The clinical symptoms of the experimental group and the control group were improved(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90%effective,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75%,The improvement degree of the experimental group is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(2):The part of BNP,classification of NYHA heart function,6 minute walk test,Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale,and endogenous antioxidant stress factor:after the treatment,the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)In echocardiography,there was no significant change in the Simpson method measured left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular diastolic diameter,and left ventricular systolic diameter,before and after treatment(P>0.05).(4)Safety indicator There were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine and biochemical Indicators between the two groups before and after treatmentConclusion:The method of supplementing qi,nourishing yin,dispelling phlegm,re moving stasis and draining water can improve the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome sc ore,BNP,classification of NYHA heart function,6 minute walk test,Minnesota heart fa ilure quality of life scale,and endogenous antioxidant stress factor in patients with chro nic heart failure.It can be combined with Western medicine standardized treatment well,to delay the development of chronic heart failure and improve prognosis.It also has g ood drug safety.
