Based On Data Mining, The Analysis Of The Law Of Drug Use In The Modern Literature For The Treatment Of Early And Mid-term Femoral Head Necrosis With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose: Through the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform to explore the rules of the prescription of Chinese medicine for the treatment of early and mid-term femoral head necrosis in recent ten years,summarize the clinical experience of treating early and mid-term femoral head necrosis and the rule of prescription medication,and try to sort out and summarize the clinical experience of treating avascular necrosis of femoral head in recent10 years in order to provide reference and new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of early and mid-term femoral head necrosis.Materials and methods:This study through the collection of relevant literature and research published from March 2010 to February 2020,to formulated the inclusion and exclusion criteria of modern medical case literature.To Screen medical cases,fill in data,clean data,terminology standardization,based on the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform to build a structured database of special medical case on the treatment of early and middle femoral head necrosis.Based on frequency statistics,cluster analysis,complex network analysis and other data analysis methods,to analyze the frequency of medicine,four Qi,five flavor,meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine and the rule of prescription compatibility,and visual display and analysis of the results obtained.Results:A specialized medical record database of osteonecrosis of femoral head was constructed,16865 related literature records were retrieved,and 172 prescription data were obtained by screening.The top five Chinese medicines with high correlation frequency were Angelica sinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum wallichii,Rhizoma drynariae,Achyranthes bidentata.Warm is the main property of the medicine,and the order from high to low is warm,stable,tepor,slightly cold and cold,The tastes is mostly sweet and bitter.,and the former five are sweet,bitter,pungent,salty,and sour.The meridian tropism is mostly liver,the others are kidney,spleen,heart,lung andstomach.The five categories of modern clinical that commonly used are strong muscle and bone medicine,tonifying liver and kidney medicine,moistening intestines and defecating stool medicine,regulating meridians and analgetics,blood invigorating and blood activating medicine,tonifying blood and activating blood drugs.The commonly used drug pairs are Angelica sinensis-Ligusticum wallichii,Ligusticum wallichii-Angelica sinensis,Angelica sinensis-Salvia miltiorrhiza,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Angelica sinensis and Angelica sinensisRhizoma drynariae..Cluster analysis of the top 30 drugs can be divided into 6 groups.The first group:Radix rehmanniae praeparata,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum wallichii;second groups: Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Paeoniae rubra and Radix Codonopsis;third groups:Rhizoma drynariae,Achyranthes bidentata,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Astragalus mongholicus;fourth groups: Herba Epimedii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Achyranthes bidentata,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Rhizoma Corydalis,Angelica pubescens;fifth species:Spatholobus stem,Eupolyphaga sue,Earthworm;Sixth types: Radix dipsaci,Carthamus tinctorious,Pseudo-ginseng,Eucommia ulmoides,Cistanche deserticola,Psoralea corylifolia,Boswellia carterii,and Myrrh.According to the node topology characteristic parameters in the complex network,the analysis shows that Angelica sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Poria cocos,Ligusticum wallichii,Spatholobus stem,Rhizoma drynariae,Astragalus mongholicus,Radix rehmanniae praeparata,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Corydalis,Carthamus tinctorious,Radix Paeoniae rubra,Achyranthes bidentata,Eucommia ulmoides,Boswellia carterii,are the top 15 nodes in the network,and are the core Chinese medicine for the treatment of early and middle stage femoral head necrosis.According to the results of TCM syndromes and the frequencyof occurrence,the kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has a high correlation with angelica,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has a high correlation with Salvia miltiorrhiza,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome has a high correlation with Angelica sinensis,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndromehas a high correlation with Astragalus mongholicus.Conclusion:Modern doctors pay attention to summing up the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease in the treatment of early and middle stage osteonecrosis of femoral head.Moretargeted.Based on the "Ancient and modern medical record cloud platform ",the analysis of the law of clinical treatment under big data can reflect the law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early and mid-term femoral head necrosis,and can intuitively display the network structure map,which plays an important guiding role in the inheritance and communication of clinical prescription.
