symptoms,tongue,pulse,pathogenesis and drug composition of the medical case from kidney in "Zhang Jianzhai Medical Case1",Prescriptions,drug names,guijing,Siqi,Wuwei,etc.are classified for research.To explore Zhang Jianzhai's rule of treating the kidneys and the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine to provide clinical ideas.Research method:1.Based on the "Zhang Jianzhai Medical Case" published by Jiangsu Science and Technology Press and edited by Zou Weijun as the basic data source,through the first part of the book"Zhang Jianzhai applied the" Nei Jing "medical case","Zhang Jianzhai applied the Zhong Jingfang medical case" All the medical records recorded in the four sections of "Clinical Cases","Zhang Jianzhai External Sensitive Medical Cases" and "Zhang Jianzhai Miscellaneous Diseases Medical Cases"were selected based on the exclusion criteria.2.Use Microsoft Office Excel 2019 to establish a database of medical records,drugs,and drug attributes for 135 medical records and 227 Chinese medicines collected.After preprocessing,frequency analysis,association analysis,and cluster analysis were performed through the"Intelligent Heritage and Assistance Decision System of Traditional Chinese Medicine Experience",and Microsoft Office Excel 2019 was used to draw charts.Research result:1.In terms of symptom statistics,high frequency symptoms are mainly
