Clinical Use Of Compound Sanqi Zaoren Soup In Coronary Artery Disease Related Stable Angina Pectoris And Sleeping Disorder

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of compound Sanqi Zaoren Decoction for patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease concurrent with sleep disorders,searching for unique advantages of using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease complicated with sleep disorders.And taking compound Sanqi Zaoren Decoction on patients with angina pectoris,nitroglycerin stopping rate,blood lipid level,high sensitivity C-reactive protein,curative effect of TCM syndrome,TCM Syndrome Score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale,and understand the effect of Compound Panax Notoginseng Zaoren Decoction.Provide more ideas and methods for better treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease combined with sleep disorders.Methods:The patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups for comparison,with 30 cases each in the study group and the control group(using the principle of randomization).The control group was treated with SAP conventional western medicine,the study group combined with the western medicine treatment in the control group,and applied the self prepared recipe of Sanqi Zaoren decoction,which was treated for 8 weeks.Through the way of blood test to compare the two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood lipid levels and C-reactive protein levels,through the statistical method to observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment of angina pectoris curative effect,nitroglycerin stop reduction rate,TCM syndrome curative effect,TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index scale,safety index differences.Through SPSS23.0 statistical analysis of the above data,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the compound Sanqi Zaoren Decoction.Results:1.Observation of the efficacy of angina pectoris: Angina pectoris(number,time and degree)of the two groups of patients improved after treatment.The total effective rate of angina in the study group was 93.33%,compared with 73.33% in the control group,which was significantly more effective(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.Observation of the reduction rate of nitroglycerin: the number of patients who stopped reducing nitroglycerin(drug withdrawal or reduction)increased after treatment in the two groups.The reduction rate of the study group was 86.67%,while that of the control group was only 66.67%,and the study group was significantly better(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.Observation of the curative effect of TCM symptoms: 93.33% of the total effective rate in the study group was significantly superior to 56.67% of the control group(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.Observation of TCM syndrome scores: The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,and the study group had a greater decline,and the decrease range of the study group was more than that of the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.5.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale: After treatment,the total score of PSQI of the two groups decreased compared with before,and the decrease of the study group was more obvious than that of the control group(P < 0.05).the difference was statistically significant.6.Observation of blood lipid level: Through comparison within the group,TG,TC,LDL-C levels of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment;HDL-C levels increased(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,both groups(P<0.05),but after comparing the mean,it can be seen that the improvement of the study group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.7.Observation of the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein: The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein decreased after treatment in the two groups,and the study group dropped even more(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.8.Safety observation: There were no obvious changes in the safety indicators of the patients in the study group during the treatment period;no obvious adverse reactions occurred,The two groups of drugs were not beyond the scope of safety.Conclusions:The compound Sanqi Zaoren Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of patients with stable angina pectoris combined with sleep disorders,and is safe and effective for patients with stable angina pectoris combined with sleep disorders.It is worthy of further study.
