Pingbuyiweifang Combined With Raltitrexed In The Treatnent Of Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective: This article observes the efficacy and safety of Pingbu yiweifang com bined with raltitrexed in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer through clinical experiments.Methods: A total of 38 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to the in patient department of the Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October2020 were included.According to the random number method,they were dividedin to a control group and an experimental group,each with 19 cases.Intravenousche motherapy of troxetine was supplemented with symptomatic treatments such as st omach protection and antiemetics;the experimental group added oral Pingbuyiwei Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The composition of Pingbuyiwei Recipe:Radix Ginseng 10 g,Gallus gallus domesticus 10 g,Radix A stragali 15 g,Poria 10 g,Raw Atractylodes 10 g,Rehmannia glutinosa 10 g,Ecl ipta Prostrata 10 g,Fried White Peony 10 g,Fried Chinese Yam 10 g,Fried Angeli ca 10 g,Pinellia 10 g,Tangerine peel 15 g,Amomum 10 g,Scutellaria barbata 10 g,Licorice 10 g.Take one dose a day,decoct in water twice,decoct a total of300 ml of medicinal solution,and take it half an hour after breakfast and dinner.Both groups took 3 weeks as a treatment cycle and continued treatment for 2 cy cles.On the first day of treatment,21 days after the second treatment(that is,o n the 42 nd day),observations were made on the short-term curative effect evalua tion,functional status score(KPS score),TCM syndrome scores of gastrointestin al diseases,and whiteness of solid tumors in the control group and the experime ntal group.The changes of protein,CEA,CA125,CA724,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and the occurrence of adverse reactions,and statistical analysis of whether the differences between the two groups are statistically significant.Results: In the control group,2 patients were lost to follow-up,one patient with drew from the experiment,and the remaining 16 patients completed the treatme on schedule.One patient in the experimental group withdrew from the experimen t,and the remaining 18 patients completed the treatment on schedule.After two cycles of treatment,(1)In terms of the short-term efficacy evaluation of solid tum ors,there was no significant difference in the short-term efficacy between the tw o groups(P >0.05);(2)In terms of KPS scor,after the treatment was completed,t he experimental group had The KPS score was significantly higher than that of t he control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(3)In t erms of the TCM syndrome scores of gastrointestinal diseases,after the treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were significantly lower t han those of the control group,and the difference was significant.Statistical sign ificance(P <0.05);(4)In terms of nutritional status: After the treatment is comple ted,the albumin of the experimental group is higher than that of the control gro up,and the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05);(5)In terms of tumor markers: After the treatment is completed,The levels of CEA and Ca125 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differenc e was statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference in CA72-4 levels between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P >0.05);(6)Imm une function: after treatment The CD4 level of the experimental group was high er than that of the control group,the CD8 level was lower than that of the cont rol group,and the CD4/CD8 value was higher than that of the control group.T he differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).(7)The occurrence of advers e reactions: In terms of bone marrow suppression,the incidence and degree of l eukopenia in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There w as no difference in the reduction of granulocytes,hemoglobin,and platelets betw een the two groups.Statistical significance(P >0.05);after treatment,the differen ce in liver and kidney function damage between the two groups was not statistic ally significant(P >0.05);in terms of gastrointestinal reactions,the incidence and degree ofnausea and vomiting in the experimental group were lower than In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference in the occurrence and severity of diarrhea between the two groups was not stati stically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion: Pingbuyiweifang combined with raltitrexed can improve the functional status of patients with advanced gastric cancer,improve TCM syndromes,nutritional status,improve immune function,reduce the levels of tumor markers CEA and Ca125,and reduce the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy The incidence and degree have good clinical application value.
