Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer By The Combination Of Strengthening The Spleen And Supplementing Jianpiyiqi And Chemotherapy

Objective: Observation of Jianpi Yiqi recipe combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patient in advanced gastric cancer, quality of life, toxicity and safety, clear the superiority and function of Jianpi Yiqi Decoction Combined with chemotherapy in drug resistance in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods: Selected January 2014- December 2015 in Department of Oncology; Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Xinjiang Medical University Hospital in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma traditional Chinese medicine spleen stomach deficiency type collection of 63 patients with, divided for two groups, the control group(31 cases) and observation group(32 cases). Patients in control group were treated with oxaliplatin plus capecitabine tablets chemotherapy. In the observation group were given Jianpi Yiqi recipe group based on the control and 2 courses of treatment to assess the efficacy.Results: Rate were compared with a control group of 18.75% and 12.90% respectively, the statistical test p=0.525 without significant; observation group and the control group of disease control rate was 75.00% and 77.42% respectively, the statistical test p=0.946. No statistical significance. The observation group and the control group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score, the card’s score, the statistical test, p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The observation group in nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, tired, toxicity of hand foot syndrome and leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and other safety compared with the control group, the low incidence of.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms in patients with chemotherapy, reduce the incidence of adverse drug reaction, improve the efficacy of chemotherapy.
