Public health social work has been developing for a long time,and it has attracted more and more attention in China,especially in public health emergencies such as SARS,earthquakes and COVID-19.People’s demand for promoting human health and social welfare is increasing.Public health social work applies the knowledge and principles of epidemiology to prevent and solve social health problems for individuals and families.Therefore,the development of public health social work can not only meet people’s needs,but also promote the development of social work in China.This study adopts the methods of literature research,Delphi,semi-structured interview and Charles Zastro’s social ecosystem theory.It mainly includes three parts,as follows:The first part is to understand the current situation of public health social work personnel training,and analyze the existing problems from the micro,meso and macro aspects,such as " the defects of talent quality,professional value is not obvious;Educational resources are obviously lacking,professional ideas are vague and out of touch with professional needs;The professional system is relatively absent,and the mode of public health social work with Chinese characteristics is far from being formed."The second part is to analyze the cause of the dilemma.The reasons are "The source of students is uneven,and the training program needs to be improved;The source of students is uneven,and the training program needs to be improved;The professional system needs to be clarified,and the local system is being explored."The third part is to put forward the path to improve the quality of talent training,including "Expand the influence of enrollment to get rid of difficulties,consolidate the professional value;Interdisciplinary integration of development,industry,teaching and research collaboration;Based on the national conditions,formulate policies,standardize the specialty and improve the system."Based on the above content,this study hopes to build a public health and social work personnel training mode with Chinese characteristics of "combination of general education and professional education,multi-level development,cross training,learning and application."... |
