The Clinical Efficacy And The Influence Of HRT On Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Contractions (Phlegm Fire Disturbed Heart Syndrome) Caused By Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy Which Treated By Jiawei Huanglian Wendan Decoction

Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Huanglian Wendan Decoction on ventricular premature contractions(phlegm fire disturbed heart type)caused by hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and its influence on heart rate turbulence.Methods:Select 60 patients with ventricular premature contractions(phlegm fire disturbed heart type)caused by hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy,which accord with the inclusive criteria.Randomly separated into the control group and the treatment group.The control group adopt to standardized western medicine treatment with Fumaric acid Bisoprolol Tablets,starting from 1.25 mg,orally one times a day,and according to the heart rate of patients,rationally adjust the dose to the target dosage.Based on the treatment of Western medicine in the control group,the Treatment group cooperated with traditional Chinese medicine of Jiawei Huanglian Wendan Decoction(constitutions : Coptis9 grams,Sophora 15 grams,Pinellia15grams,Bamboo Ru 15 grams,Citrus aurantium 15 grams,Citrus 15 grams,Poria 15 grams,Polygonatum 20 grams,Cortex albiziae 20 grams,Corydalis20grams,amber 6grams,Gansong 9grams and Raw licorice 6grams).The observation period is 4 weeks.Separately records were recorded before and after treatment,Total number of 24 hours ventricular premature contractions,TCM syndrome total points,LVMI and Parameters of heart rate turbulence(TO,TS,TT).Using of "SPSS19.0" statistics software to conduct analysis and processing of data.Results:(1)The two groups on the total number of 24 hours ventricular premature contractions,TCM syndrome total points and Parameters of heart rate turbulence(TO,TS,TT)have a significant difference in the comparison between the two groups before the treatment.The results were Statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Jiawei Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combines with western medicine group is better than simple western medicine group(P<0.05),in the improvement of curative effect on the total number of 24 hours ventricular premature contractions,total curative effect of ventricular premature contractions,curative effect ofsymptoms of TCM,Total score of TCM syndrome and Parameters of heart rate turbulence(TO,TS,TT).It shows that the clinical effect of Jiawei Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combines with western medicine group is better than that of the simple western medicine group.(3)In the amelioration of LVMI,the results of two groups before and after treatment and the treatment were compared,The results don,t have Statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)During treatment,it does not happen obvious adverse events and reactions,and safety detecting indicators was not found obvious abnormality after treatment.Conclusion:(1).Jiawei Huanglian Wendan Decoction can effectively decrease the number of ventricular premature contractions and ameliorate the clinical symptoms of ventricular premature contractions(phlegm fire disturbed heart type)caused by hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.It also can improve the abnormity of heart rate turbulence and ameliorate the disorder of cardiac autonomic nervous system function at the same time.(2).It is not occurred obviously adverse events and reactions during taking the medicine of Jiawei Huanglian Wendan Decoction.With reliable security,it is worth popularizing and applying.
