The Effect Of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction On Ventricular Premature Beat With The Type Of Phlegm-fire Disturbing Heart

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of chaihu plus longgu muli decoction in the treatment of phlegm-fire disturbing heart pattern with ventricular premature beats,It intends to cast about for fresh theoretical basis for the treatment of ventricular premature beats with traditional Chinese medicineMethod All the patients in this study were from professor zhou yabin's outpatient service in the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2018 to January 2019.In this study,30 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were treated with chaihu plus longgu muli decoction for 4 weeks on the basis of routine treatment of primar y disease with it.The scores of TCM syndromes,clinical symptoms and the frequency of 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)before and after treatment were observed,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated.Result 1.The curative efficacy of TCM symptoms: the total score of TCM syndromes and the single symptom score of TCM both decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.(p < 0.01).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 83.3%,among which 6 cases(20%)were effective,19 cases(63.33%)were effective,and 5 cases(16.67%)were ineffective.The improvement of single symptom in TCM: palpitation,shortness of breath,chest tightness,mood depression,irritability,fatigue,body drowsiness,insomnia were 80.00%,77.78%,93.10%,86.67%,89.66%,95.83%,39.29%,respectively2.The curative efficacy of DCG : the frequency of VPB was significantly reduced after treatment(p<0.01)compared with that before and after treatment(p<0.01).In this study,15 cases(50%)showed significant effect,10 cases(33.33%)were effective,5 cases(16.67%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.3%.3.there is no adverse reactions and side effects after treatment..Conclusion Chaihu plus longgu muli decoction can obviously improve the TCM syndrome of patients with ventricular premature beats.and can obviously reduce the frenquency of 24 hours of premature ventricular beats.There were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the treatment of premature ventricular beats with chaihu plus longgu muli decoction...
