Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sling exercise therapy on gait abnormalities in patients with cerebral infarctionMethods:Sixty patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups received routine medical treatment and rehabilitation treatment. The control group received routine physical therapy on the basis of routine therapy. The treatment group was treated on routine medical treatment and the sling exercise therapy training(SET).The balance function, lower limb motor function and gait abnormality were evaluated in both groups before and after 8 weeks of treatment using Berg balance scale(BBS),Pro-kin balance,Fugl-Meyer Assess Lower(FMA-L)and Wisconsin Gait scale(WGS).Results:1.Balanced function:There was no significant difference in BBS score and Pro-kin peripheral area between the two groups(p>0.05),After 8 weeks of treatment, the BBS score and Pro-kin peripheral area of the two groups were improved(p<0.05),The treatment group was more significant than the control group(p<0.01).2.Lower limb motor function:There was no significant difference in FMA-L score between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),After 8 weeks of treatment,FMA-L scores were improved in both groups(p<0.05),The treatment group was more significant than the control group(p<0.01).3.Gait:There was no significant difference in WGS scores between the two groups(p>0.05),After 8 weeks of treatment,WGS scores were improved in both groups(p<0.05),The treatment group was more significant than the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Balance function:There was no significant difference in BBS score and Pro-kin peripheral area between the two groups(p>0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment, the BBS score and Pro-kin peripheral area of the two groups were improved(p<0.05),The treatment group was more significant than the control group(p<0.01).2.Lower limb motor function:There were no significant differences in FMA-L scores between the two groups(p>0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment, the FMA-L scores of the two groups were improved(p<0.05).;The treatment group was more effective than the control group(p<0.01).3.Gait abnormalities:there was no significant difference in WGS scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05);After 8 weeks of treatment, the WGS scores of the two groups were improved(p<0.05).The treatment group was more significant than the control group(p<0.01).
