Scientific research performance is an indicator that reflects the overall level of scientific research work and its development ability of an organization or individual in a certain period of time.It is the output,effectiveness and impact of scientific research,through the output of scientific research results,and the level of scientific research management activities.High and low factors are reflected.Due to the uncertainty of scientific research and the multi-dimensional characteristics of performance,strengthening the evaluation of scientific research performance is conducive to maximizing the economic and social benefits of scientific research.At present,there are many researches on the performance evaluation of hospital scientific research in foreign countries.The performance evaluation of scientific research in China is mostly focused on the evaluation of scientific research performance of college teachers.There are not many researches on the evaluation of scientific research performance in public hospitals.However,the National Health and Wellness Committee’s current performance appraisal system for public hospitals has fewer research performance indicators,and there is no performance appraisal indicator system for hospitals.At the same time,the Shenkang Hospital Development Center,which is responsible for the operation of municipal-level public hospitals in Shanghai,also uses a small number of scientific research indicators for the performance appraisal system of public hospital deans.There is no scientific research performance evaluation system for hospital disciplines..This paper takes a new suburban public hospital L hospital in S city as an example to analyze its existing disciplinary structure and research status of the discipline.Based on the literature on the evaluation of academic research performance at domestic and foreign,it is based on scientific research input and scientific research.Constructing Hospital Science Research Performance Evaluation Index System with Two Dimensions.Based on the theory of goal setting theory,total quality management theory and principal-agent theory,using case analysis method and Delphi expert consultation method,after two rounds of expert consultation,with five first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 32 third-level indicators are used to construct a hospital science research performance evaluation index system.At the same time,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of each level of the indicator system to determine the proportion and combination proportion of each level of indicators.Finally,L hospital is used as an example to verify the evaluation index system of the scientific research performance of the hospital.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,indicating that the index system is scientific and effective.Finally,a scientific and reasonable hospital subject evaluation index system and its proportion are obtained.The indicators of subject evaluation should be representative and quantifiable,truly representing the comprehensive level of the discipline,and supporting the scientific nature of the assessment results with objective data.
