Clinical Curative Effect Of Rhinitis And Cough Prescription On The Treatment Of Lung Spleen-deficiency Syndrome Children’s Upper Airway Cough Syndrome(UACS)

Objective: Assess graduate student tutor’s clinical curative effect of rhinitis and cough prescription on the Treatment of children’s upper airway cough syndrome(UACS) on account of allergic rhinitis lung spleen-deficiency syndrome.Methods:the selected cases are all derived from the2013-2014hospital outpatient service, and length of Xiamen, a total of60patients with children were children aged2-14years of age, and the shortest duration for4weeks. Will simply randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of each30people, shall be separately rhinitis and cough prescription (treatment group), Loratadine Tablets and Sodium Cromoglicate Nass Drops. Will the basic information of the two groups of children such as gender, age, illness, such as by comparing statistical treatment, no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05), comparable. Before the test will be repeated children with respiratory tract infection, the information on the registration after testing before and after the treatment itself comparison and in treatment group and control group, through comparison of disease curative effect, judge "rhinitis and cough prescription" in treating pediatric upper airway cough syndrome(UACS) on account of allergic rhinitis lung spleen-deficiency syndrome curative effect.Results:the selected in children with male32cases, female28patients, and there were no obvious difference (P＞0.05). Before treatment in two groups of children age, sex, illness before treatment were no significant difference (P＞0.05), comparable. The treatment group got30cases,9cases,18were effective, invalid3cases failure; the total effective90.00%;30cases in1case, powerfully, effective25cases, invalid4cases failure; the total effective intellectual. The treatment group fewer children after feeling shorter, the course of TCM, disease than disease concurrently ease,better than control group, a statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)use rhinitis and cough prescription in treating pediatric upper airway cough syndrome(UACS) on account of allergic rhinitis lung spleen-deficiency syndrome better therapeutic definite effect, overall routine western medicine. (2)rhinitis and cough prescription can effectively treat pediatric upper airway cough syndrome(UACS) on account of allergic rhinitis lung spleen-deficiency syndrome. Because of its pathogenesis of lung total on spleen-deficiency guard, insufficient, and rhinitis and cough prescription can reduce the cough symptom, nasal obstruction, running nose and pharynx ministry unwell, by strengthening the spleen and invigorating the lung.(3)tutor’experience rhinitis and cough prescription’s clinical efficacy is clear,and it is conducive to rich this disease’s therapeutic methods.
