Objective: To evaluate the effects of health education combined with biofeedback and electrical stimulation on the postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and mental state rehabilitation of puerperal women, and to explore the common factors affecting the postpartum pelvic floor function and mental state of puerperal women. Methods: A total of 126 puerpera who received postpartum reexamination, met the standards of insufficiency and drainage, and voluntarily received pelvic floor muscle function assessment and rehabilitation treatment in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Yan ’an University from October 2019 to January 2021.They were selected as the subjects of study, and randomly partition off observation group and control group.Give two groups of parturient treatment related general knowledge advertisement and education; The observation group received fitness education bonded with biofeedback and electrical stimulation. The control group received general pelvic floor muscle exercising.Pelvic floor electromyography was evaluated before and after treatment, and mental state was evaluated with SAS,SDS and SCL-90 scale.SPSS25.0 software was used for data statistics and analysis, and multiple linear regression method was used to explore the factors affecting the postpartum pelvic floor function and psychological state of the puerpera.Results:1.The evaluation results of pelvic floor EMG value after treatment in the two groups showed that the average myoelectric(EMG)value of myofiber in the observation group was 22.25±9.06?? during the slow muscle systolic period, which was higher than that of the control group 18.98±7.87??(P<0.05);After treatment, the average EMG value of fast muscle fibers in the observation group was 30.87±10.47??,was higher than the matched group26.14±10.54??(P<0.01).In the observation group, the maximum average value of muscle strength after treatment was 28.80±5.42??.It was higher than in the matched group23.11±5.35??(P<0.01).2.The median, upper and lower quartile of the grade of SAS and SDS in the observation group after intervention were 36.00(35.00,47.00)and 47.00(45.00,48.00),which were lower than those in the control group 50.00(47.00,50.00),50.00(49.00,51.00),respectively(P<0.05);The median, upper quartile and lower quartile of the observation group were 64.00(59.00,82.00),lower than those of the control group87.00(82.00,91.00)(P<0.05).3.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between maternal BMI,parity and the mean value of muscle strength(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between maternal age, educational level, and mode of delivery and the mean value of muscle strength(P>0.05).The level of education and parity of the puerpera were negatively correlated with the SAS and SDS score scale(P<0.01),while the age of the puerpera had no significant linear correlation with the SAS and SDS score scale(P>0.05).Among them with anxiety and depression, the education level of patients was negatively correlated with the SCL-90 total score(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Postpartum health education combined with pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy can effectively improve maternal negative emotions, pelvic floor muscle strength, and pelvic floor function.2.Pelvic floor muscle strength was negatively correlated with maternal BMI and parity; There was no obvious linear relationship between maternal age, educational level, and mode of production.3.The mental health status of women with anxiety and depression is negatively correlated with the education level.
