| Objective To explore the difference of EMG level of pelvic floor surface between primipara and maternal(2 times)after delivery,and to observe the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the pelvic floor surface EMG level both in primipara and maternal.To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor injury,and to provide clinical theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease.Method 88 cases of primipara and 86 cases of maternal(two times)who were 42 days after vaginal delivery were collected from February to September 2018 in our hospital.These cases have symptoms of qi deficiency and the biostimulation feedback test showed the maximum rapid contraction stage,the average of the stress contraction phase and the average of the endurance contraction phase of the pelvic floor surface EMG evaluation were abnormal.According to the random number table method,the primipara was divided into 30 cases in the rehabilitation group,29 cases in the combined group and 29 cases in the control group.The maternal were divided into the rehabilitation group 30 cases,the combined group 28 cases,and the control group 28 cases.The control group was only given postpartum health education,the rehabilitation group was given pelvic biofeedback and electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group,and the combined group was given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the rehabilitation group.All treatments were started 42 days after delivery,and complete 1 course of treatment.Collect maternal general information(including age,prenatal height,weight and fetal weight,BPD,gestational age,etc.),collect TCM qi deficiency syndrome score and pelvic floor surface EMG evaluation report 42 days and 3 months after delivery.Result 1.Comparison between primipara and maternal:42-day postpartum,there were no significant differences in pelvic floor EMG indexes le vel between primipara and maternal(P>0.05).2.Comparison of pelvic floor EMG level:(1)Compared with 42 days postpartum,in the three groups of primipara and maternal,the pelvic floor surface EMG level increased 3-month postpartum,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)3-month postpartum,both in primipara and maternal,there were significant differences in pelvic floor EMG indexes level among the rehabilitation group,the combined group and the control group(P<0.05),and the level of the combined group and the rehabilitation group were higher than those in the control group,the combined group was higher than the rehabilitation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of therapeutic effects of TCM Syndromes:3-month postpartum,both in primipara and maternal,there were significant differences in the effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment among the rehabilitation group,the combined group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the rehabilitation group and the control group,the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the combined group was significantly differ-ent(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the rehabilitation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion1.There was no significant difference in the postpartum pelvic floor injury between 86 cases of primipara and 82 cases of maternal(2 times)at 42 days after delivery in this study.2.The pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy(i.e.pelvic floor biofeedback and electrical stimulation therapy)and pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment can promote the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor tissue injury,between them,the pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is more significant,and it can obviously improve Qi deficiency syndrome,there is a significant effect of TCM syndromes. |
