Objective:To investigate the effects of persistent guidance and pelvic floor electromyography biofeedback therapy on sexual function in parturient, to evaluate the intervention on postpartum sexual function, pelvic floor muscle and the effect of the Kegel exercise compliance, to provide the clinical reference data from improving the health status of parturient.Methods:282 parturient were randomly assigned to the intervention and control group using the random number table. The intervention group received persistent pelvic floor rehabilitation telephone follow guidance, and pelvic floor electromyography and biofeedback treatment, the control group received only the pelvic floor electromyography and biofeedback treatment. To assess the compliance of Kegel exercise, and the value of pelvic floor muscle strength and postpartum female sexual function and the satisfaction.Result:1. The difference between the intervention and control groups in the postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength was statistically significant(P <0.05).2. The intervention and control groups were statistically significant differences in postpartum sexual function(P <0.05).3. The intervention group in the mid-treatment and post-treatment of Kegel exercise compliance behavior was higher than the control group(P <0.05).4. The intervention and control groups in difference of treatment satisfaction was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Persistent guidance and pelvic floor therapy interventions can improve parturient pelvic floor functional status.2. Persistent guidance and pelvic floor therapy interventions can improve female postpartum sexual function.3. Persistent guidance and pelvic floor therapy interventions can improve the Kegel exercise compliance and satisfaction with pelvic floor rehabilitation.4. Persistent pelvic floor rehabilitation interventions can be used as guidance in clinical medical reference pelvic floor rehabilitation management.
