Research Objectives:To clarify the influence of Chinese yam and Dangshen soup on insulin resistance of patients with obesity polycystic ovary syndrome,to explore the safety and clinical efficacy of the drug through clinical observation,and to briefly analyze the mechanism of action of the drug.Research methods:Collected in February 2021 to February 2022 to chang DE city of hunan province,the first hospital of traditional Chinese medicine endocrinology clinic on 60 patients basic information,data,clinical laboratory examination,treatment of filtered raw data,choose to meet the standard fueling pixu(spleen deficient)phlegm dampness syndromes in patients with PCOS and IR,all patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,Each group had 30 patients.The control group was treated with Metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablet and Diane-35,and the treatment group was added with Chinese yam and Dangshen soup on the basis of the control group.After taking the medicine for 3 months,BMI(Body Mass Index,BMI),LH(luteinizing hormone),FSH(follicleoietin),HOMA-IR(insulin resistance assessed by steady-state model),TCM syndrome score and other indicators were analyzed and summarized by SPSS 26.0.Results:There were no significant differences in BMI,HOMA-IR,LH/FSH and TCM syndrome score between 2 groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.After 3 months of treatment,there were significant differences in BMI,HOMA-IR,LH/FSH and TCM syndrome score between the 2 groups compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and there were significant differences in data analysis between the 2 groups(P < 0.05),suggesting that after two different treatment methods,the curative effect of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The results of the final comprehensive treatment showed that the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two treatments.Research Conclusions:In addition to metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets and Diane-35,Zengshen decoction was more effective in improving insulin resistance in obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,in weight loss,improve the level of sexual hormones,TCM syndrome and other aspects are positive clinical significance,it is worth further promotion.
