research objectiveIn recent years,the sports injuries of junior high school students increase with the increase of the amount of exercise,and the most common injury is delayed onset of muscle soreness / DOMS.Therefore,in this study,wet hot compress and Tongbi fumigation soup were used to dry the quadriceps femoris of male junior high school students,and then the recovery value of physical fitness was analyzed,Finally,new methods and viewpoints are proposed for the prevention and treatment of DOMS.research method(1)This study uses literature,mathematical statistics,experimental methods,expert interviews and other research methods.(2)Thirty male junior high school students were selected as subjects and divided into drug application group,damp heat application group and control group.(3)According to the function of quadriceps femoris,30 meter running,standing long jump,single foot standing with eyes closed,figure8 running around the pole,split leg before and after,repeated side step and other items were selected as the measurement of physical fitness.(4)Subjects were asked to measure the original level of each item before kicking training to trigger DOMS.(5)After the subjects successfully induced DOMS,they took 24 hours as the node to carry out two quadriceps intervention and three physical fitness measurement and pain assessment measurement.Finally,the measured data were analyzed by statistical software.Research results(1)In the 30 meter run test,the recovery time of drug application group was 5.54 seconds at 72 hours,which was very close to 5.43 seconds before modeling,and the p value of 30 meter run was < 0.05.(2)In the standing long jump test,the score of the damp heat compress group recovered to 1.89 meters in 72 hours,which was 1.88 meters higher than that before modeling.The score of the medicine compress group recovered to 1.98 meters in 72 hours,which was very close to that of 1.99 meters before modeling,and the p value of standing long jump was < 0.05.(3)In the test of single foot stand with eyes closed,the score of drug application group recovered to 23.33 seconds in 72 hours,which was21.24 seconds before modeling,and the p value of single foot stand with eyes closed was < 0.05,with statistical difference.(4)In the 8-word running around the pole test,the drug application group recovered to 5.99 seconds in 72 hours,which was more than 6seconds before modeling,and the p value of 8-word running around the pole was < 0.05.(5)In the repeated side step test,the drug application group recovered to 35.4 times in 72 hours,which was more than 33.3 times before modeling,the damp heat application group recovered to 36.9 times in 72 hours,which was more than 36.3 times before modeling,and the control group recovered to 32 times in 72 hours,which was very close to32.2 times before modeling,and the p value of repeated side step was <0.05.(6)In the front and back split test,the data of the three groups increased slowly,so the front and back split was not affected by DOMS,and the p value of the front and back split was < 0.05.research conclusionAfter intervention of DOMS,the effect of Tongbi xunxi Decoction on the recovery of physical fitness was higher than that of wet hot compress,because by 72 hours,the results of 30 meter running,standing long jump,repeated side step,figure 8 running and single foot standing with eyes closed were restored to the original level,And the recovery time of each item was 24-48 hours earlier than that of the wet hot compress group.
