Objective:Using the method of randomized controlled trials,to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Baihui and Zhisanzhen with taijiquan on patients with mild cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease,in order to provide scientific evidence for the clinical application of acupuncture therapy in mild cognitive impairment caused by cerebral small vessel disease.Method:This subject adopts a randomized control method.66 subjects with CSVD mild cognitive impairment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 33 cases each. The control group only used taijiquan for intervention. The course of treatment is 8 weeks, with 3 times of intervention per week, the treatment group used acupuncture Baihui and Zhisanzhen combined with taijiquan for intervention, the course of treatment was 8 weeks, and the intervention was 3 times per week.By comparing the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA),the immediate and delayed memory of the auditory vocabulary learning test(AVLT),the digital cancellation test(DCT),the clock draw test(CDT)and events of the two groups before and after the intervention The difference between N200 and P300 in related potentials(ERP)was compared before and after within the group and between groups to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment options.Result:1.Before treatment, the two groups of patients were in age, gender, education level, key factors of cerebral small vessel disease,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA)score, auditory vocabulary learning test(AVLT)score, digital cancellation test(DCT)score,The clock drawing test(CDT)score and event-related potential(ERP)latency were not different(P>0.05),not statistically significant, and comparable.2.Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA)score: After treatment, the Mo CA scores of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);and the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.Auditory Vocabulary Learning Test(AVLT),Digital Cancellation Test(DCT),and Draw Clock Test(CDT): After treatment, the AVLT,DCT,and CDT scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05);and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.Event-related potentials(ERP): The N200 latency of patients in the treatment group was shorter than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the N200 latency of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;the N200 latency of patients in the control group after treatment was higher than before The shortening was not significant(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant. The P300 latency of the two groups of patients was not significantly shortened before and after treatment(P>0.05),and it cannot be considered that the P300 latency of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.5.During the treatment period, there were no adverse reactions and other side effects in the two groups of patients. Conclusion:Both acupuncture and taijiquan can improve the concentration, immediate memory, delayed memory and visual space ability of patients with mild cognitive impairment caused by CSVD.Acupuncture at Baihui and Zhisanzhen on the basis of taijiquan can further improve the effectiveness of treatment. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
