Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To investigate the influencing factor of mild cognitive impairment(MCI) of ischemic cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD) in Xining and provide the basis for its early diagnosis and early intervention.Mehtods: Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA) was used to screen MCI. The mini-mental state examination( MMSE) scale was used to exclude the patients with moderate and severe cognitive impairment. And those cases with the influence of cognitive dysfunction such as depression and anxiety, poisoning, metabolism, endocrine and other diseases were excluded. Atotal of 60 cases with SCVD was enrolled including 30 cases of MCI group, 30 cases of non-MCI group. The clinical data and the results of laboratory tests of selected cases were registrated and analyzed by statistical methods. Results:Univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, uric acid(UA), PLT, HGB, Hct, gender, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and smoking between the MCI group and non-MCI group, but the level of education in MCI group were significantly lower than the MCI Group 0(0,6) year vs 12(9,15) year z=-5.785, p<0.001;the constituent ratio of mental labor was significantly less than the non-MCI group 0% vs 53.33% ?2=21.818, p<0.001;age 69±7.673 vs 59.20±10.717 t=-4.280 p <0.001; carotid atherosclerosis and stenosis or plaque formation 83.33% vs 53.33% ?2=10.067, p=0.007;hypertension 66.67% vs 36.67% ?2=5.406, p=0.020 and homocysteine(Hcy) 17.860±9.857 umol/L vs 11.600±3.833umol/L z=-3.667, p<0.001;fibrinogen(FIB)2.836±0.739g/L vs 59.10±10.92g/L t=-2.130 p=0.037 levels were higher than in non-MCI group. Conclusion: Old age, low educational level, occupation, high homocysteine levels, high fibrinogen, carotid atherosclerosis and plaque formation, high fibrin is Related factors of the mild cognitive impairment of ischemic cerebral small vessel in Xining, low education level, high level of homocysteine is an independent risk factor for mild cognitive impairment in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease in Xining.
