The Clinical Research Of Lieyu Ointment In The Treatment Of Stage Ⅱ Anal Fissure Of Qi-stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Lieyu ointment in the treatment of stage II anal fissure of qi-stagnation and blood stasis type.Research method: The sample included 120 patients diagnosed as qi-stagnation and blood stasis type II anal fissure in anorectal department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Feb 1st,2020 to Jan 31 st,2021.They were randomly divided into group A(Lieyu Decoction group),group B(Liumo Decoction group)and group C(Lieyu ointment group),40 cases in each group.Group A was given Lieyu Decoction orally,group B was given Liumo Decoction orally and group C was given Lieyu ointment orally.One week was taken as a course of treatment in the three groups,and the patients took orally for 2 weeks continuously.The clinical efficacy of the drugs in each group was observed.Results: A total of 120 patients were included in this study,and no shedding cases were excluded in the three groups.A total of 120 patients completed clinical observation and were included in the statistics.Before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease,hematochezia score,anal pain score and constipation score of the three groups were statistically analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.The results were as follows:1.After 2 courses,the total effective rate was 87.5% in group A,72.5% in group B and92.5% in group C,there was significant difference in the overall efficacy among the three groups(P<0.05).The efficacy of group C was better than that of group A and group B.2.Analysis of hematochezia symptom score: the symptoms of hematochezia in the first and second week of treatment in the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the improvement of hematochezia symptoms in group C was better than that in group A and B in the first and second week of treatment(P<0.05).3.Anal pain score during defecation: the degree of anal pain in the first and second week of treatment in the three groups was relieved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the improvement of anal pain in group C was better than that in group A and B in the first and second week of treatment,and that in group A was better than that in group B(P<0.05).4.The improvement of the severity of constipation: the severity of constipation in the first and second week of treatment in the three groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the improvement of constipation symptoms in group C was better than that in group A and group B in the first and second week of treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of constipation symptoms in group A was better than that in group B in the second week of treatment(P<0.05)5.Satisfaction score: there was statistical difference in satisfaction score among the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in satisfaction score between group A and B(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in satisfaction scores between groups A and C and between groups B and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Lieyu ointment can effectively treat the clinical symptoms of stage II anal fissure of qi-stagnation and blood stasis type,especially has obvious advantages in relieving the Ⅱ symptoms of bloody stool,anal pain at or after defecation and improving constipation.2.Compared with the treatment of Lieyu Decoction and Liumo Decoction,the clinical efficacy of Lieyu ointment in the treatment of qi-stagnation and blood stasis type II anal fissure is exact,and there is no obvious toxic and side effects or adverse reactions in the treatment process,with good safety,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
