| Objective: To explore the effectiveness and difference of acupuncture combined with static drafting and static drafting intervention methods on recovery of exercise-induced fatigue of Winter Paralympic athletes,and to explore the principle and mechanism,in order to provide theoretical basis for selecting appropriate relaxation methods for Winter Paralympic athletes after exercise.Methods: 30 athletes from cross-country skiing and biathlon national training team in the winter training period of 2022 Winter Paralympic Games were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 15 participants in each group.The control group received 15 min static stretching and relaxation intervention after the end of daily training,and the experimental group received 20 min acupuncture of Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan and15 min static stretching intervention,once a day,6 times a week,for 2 consecutive weeks as a course of treatment.Both groups recorded fatigue subjective feeling(PRE)scores,symptoms integral,quantitative score of exercise-induced fatigueand measured grip strength,blood lactate,hemoglobin(Hb)at the end of the first training session and before the end of the last training session.Heart rate(HR)at each time period before and after exercise was recorded at the last day of treatment.The above data were collected and statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Results :(1)Both groups could effectively reduce the PRE score,ymptoms integral,and quantitative score of exercise-induced fatigueand,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(2)Both groups could improve the level of grip strength and Hb concentration,and there was no statistical difference between the two groupsn in grip strength(P>0.05).In improving the Hb concentration,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);(3)Both groups could effectively reduce the blood lactic acid level,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);(4)The change rule of HR at each time period in the two groups was the same,but at each time period,the value of HR in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the rate of heart rate recovery was faster than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :(1)Acupuncture combined with static drafting and static drafting intervention means are helpful to promote the recovery of self-fatigue feeling,promote the recovery of heart rate,reduce metabolites,and improve the fatigue tolerance of the human body;(2)The effect of acupuncture combined with static drafting on post-exercise fatigue recovery of Paralympic athletes is obviously better than that of static drafting. |
