In December 2019,a new type of coronavirus pneumonia(Corona virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)first appeared in Wuhan,Hubei,and quickly spread to all parts of the country under the influence of the Spring Festival.With the effective control of COVID-19 in my country,the economy has gradually recovered,but the epidemic prevention and control work has not stopped,but has shifted to normalization.Bank Y undertakes the major political tasks and social responsibilities of supporting the real economy and facilitating the resumption of work and production.In the early stage of the epidemic,the grassroots employees of Bank Y,as one of the "retrogrades",adhered to their posts and served the society in strict compliance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.Under the influence of the normalization of COVID-19 and the economic recovery,Bank Y has put forward very high requirements on all aspects of its employees.Under the overall economic downturn,the business indicators of Y grassroots employees have not decreased.Due to the impact of the epidemic,the requirements for online business processing continue to increase.Bank Y is also facing pressure to accelerate digital transformation.At the same time,as the bank is a public place,the flow of personnel is relatively large,and the grassroots employees of Bank Y also need to shoulder a higher burden.Epidemic prevention and control requirements,various burdens "press" on each grassroots employee,resulting in increasingly tense working atmosphere and increasing negative emotions of employees.Therefore,it is imperative to pay attention to the mental health of Y Bank’s grassroots employees.This article is based on the research on mental health,psychological stress and EAP status at home and abroad,taking the grassroots employees of Bank Y as the research object,and the normalization of COVID-19 as the time background.Through the SCL-90 scale test and individual interviews,the grassroots employees of Bank Y Research and analyze the level of mental health and the factors affecting mental health.Based on the EAP theory,proposed mental health strategies for the grassroots employees to the management of Bank Y.This article mainly uses three research methods.Research method 1:Literature research method,combing and summarizing the current research status of mental health,psychological pressure and EAP at home and abroad,and laying a theoretical foundation for follow-up research.Research method 2:Questionnaire survey method,using the SCL-90 scale to test 615 grassroots employees of Bank Y to fully understand the mental health of the grassroots employees of Bank Y.Research method 3:Individual interview method.30 grassroots employees of Bank Y were selected to conduct one-to-one interviews.The interview data were compiled and coded.16 secondary codes and 5 tertiary codes were obtained,and the pairs of grassroots employees of Y Bank were summarized.The demands of the EAP project.The main results of the research are as follows:1.Under the background of normalization of COVID-19,the mental health of Y Bank’s grassroots employees is lower than that of normal Chinese adults(domestic norm).In this study,a random SCL-90 scale test was conducted on 615 grassroots employees of Bank Y and found that 9 factors such as somatization,depression,and compulsion of the grassroots employees of Bank Y were all higher than the domestic norm.2.There are no significant differences in statistical variables in the 10 factors of Y Bank’s grassroots employees in the four aspects of gender,age,unit,and position;significant differences in terror factors exist in terms of rank,and anxiety and terror factors in income There is a significant difference.3.Under the background of COVID-19 normalization,the factors that affect the mental health of Y Bank’s grassroots employees mainly come from work and life.Under the current situation,the primary employees of Bank Y have psychological pressure,and then the factors that affect their mental health are work-induced pressure,family life pressure,organizational pressure,personal development pressure,social environmental pressure,etc.4.The grassroots employees of Bank Y basically do not understand EAP projects,but the vast majority of employees hope that Bank Y will introduce or implement EAP projects and help them manage pressure through professional methods,thereby enhancing their happiness and sense of belonging and improving work efficiency.
