Clinical Observation Of Self-made Qianzheng Powder Combined With Electroacupuncture In The Treatment Of Acute Facial Neuritis Obstructed By Wind-phlegm

Objective To explore the treatment method of acute facial neuritis obstructed by wind-phlegm through clinical control study,Through the application of Self-made Qianzheng powder and electroacupuncture combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety were analyzed,and it was clear that Self-made Qianzheng powder and electroacupuncture could relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the cure rate in the treatment of acute facial neuritis obstructed by wind-phlegm.Methods All the tested cases were collected from inpatients in the Department of Neurology of our hospital.Ninety patients with acute facial neuritis obstructed by wind-phlegm were randomly divided into three groups,A,B and C,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional western medicine.Group B received conventional treatment plus electroacupuncture.Group C was treated with conventional treatment plus electroacupuncture and Self-made Qianzheng powder.The treatment course of the above three groups was 10 days,and the symptoms improvement and efficacy of the patients in each group were evaluated according to the House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function grading results and facial nerve score results before and after treatment.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results 1.Comparison of general conditions,including age,gender,site of onset,course of disease,admission of H-B facial nerve function grade and facial nerve score,showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.Intra-group comparison: the treatment plan of group A,B and C could improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and had definite clinical cure rate.3.Comparison between groups: After the course of treatment,there were significant differences in symptom improvement degree and total effective rate between group C and group A(P< 0.05),which was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between group B and group A and between group C and group B(P< 0.05),which was not statistically significant.4.Safety analysis: During this study,no serious adverse reactions occurred in all the included cases,and all the safety indicators were within the normal range.Conclusion Compared with the conventional Western medicine treatment,the application of Self-made Qianzheng powder combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of acute facial neuritis obstructed by wind-phlegm,the improvement of symptoms,signs and curative effect of patients were more significant,and through regular auxiliary examination prove that this treatment has no obvious side effects and serious adverse complications,confirmed its clinical efficacy and safety.
