| ObjectiveIn the background of "Internet + medical health",regional health informatization is developing rapidly.A public health service platform must be established to realize information exchange and sharing between medical and health institutions and the general public in Nanjing.Since the p latform was built,the number of users and service quantities has continued to climb.However,there are some problems in this platform such as a small set of functionality,the operating inconvenience and the low popularity,which directly affects the users’ willingness to continuously use the platform,and thus the effective use of medical and health information services.This paper took the Nanjing public health service platform as the research object,based on the analysis of the status of this platf orm’s services,carried out model-based empirical research,to explore the relevant factors that affect user engagement of the platform,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the further optimization and development of the website.MethodsThrough the domestic and foreign literature,the analysis of the status of the platform’s services,according to the expectation confirmation theory,this paper extracted the factors affecting the continuous use of platform.The factors included perceived usefulness,expectation confirmation,satisfaction,continuous use intention,perceived ease of use,habit,and popularity.Then posed a hypothesis and constructed a theoretical model of users’ continuous using of Nanjing public health service platform.People in four communities and hospitals in Nanjing filled out the questionnaire about their use of the platform.Descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis,structural equation model analysis and demographic features analysis of each fact or was carried out using SPSS22 and AMOS23 software.And put forward the development proposal accordingly.Results1.Current situation of the platform :The public health service platform has 3,972,212 registered users,and the male-to-female ratio is 1:1.21.It is used in all ages,and 18 to 55 age group accounts for the biggest proportion,about 70.39%,Jiangsu and Anhui provinces have more users,in together account ing for 87.09%.There are 60 hospitals have access ed the platform,and 79.00% are specialist clinic in the term of online booking.The query rate of medical examination and inspection reports is 6.68 / 10000,and figure in health records is 17.00%.The percentage of the traffic in press release(95.82%)is the highest among various information services,while the cumulative amount of the other four adds up to no more than 5.00%.2.The result of empirical analysis is as follows:(1)Totally 1250 questionnaires were sent out,1189 were retrieved,finally 1116 were effective and the effective rate was 93.86%.There are 605 respondents answered the questionnaire using the platform,and 560 questionnaires were effective.The effective rate was 92.56%.(2)In the total of 560 respondents,mal e-to-female ratio is 1: 1.09.Users in 18 to35,36 to 55,55 to 70 age group account for three largest proportion,about 85.18% in total.In terms of using freqency,people who used 4 times or more were the most(70.71%),followed by people who used 2 to 3 times(19.82%).The mean value of the each item was between 3.18 and 3.38,and the standard deviation was about 0.8.(3)Exploratory factor analysis was used to extract 7 common factors.The result of KMO is 0.768,Bartlett’s test of sphericity test is significance(p<0.001),the cumulative explanation propotion of variance reached to 70.33%,and the factor s loading were ranging from 0.785 to 0.853.The results of r eliability analysis showed that Cronbach’s alpha of each factor were ranging from 0.783 to 0.846.(4)The model fit indices in both confirmatory factor analysis model and structural equation model are good.All the hypotheses in this study were valid,and there were statistical significant relationships among each factors.Users’ habits,satisfaction,and perceived usefulness had a direct positive impact on users’ willingness to use continuously(path coefficients are 0.163,0.170 and 0.170,respectively).Popularity and perceived usefulness indirectly affects users’ willingness to use con tinuously by affecting satisfaction(path coefficient is 0.220,0.201 respectively).Expectation confirmation indirectly affected users’ willingness to use continuously by affecting perceived usefulness and satisfaction(path coefficients are 0.118,0.154 respectively).Perceived ease of use indirectly affected users’ willingness to use continuously by affecting perceived usefulness and habits(path coefficients are 0.246,0.157 respectively).(5)There are no statistically significant difference among sex a nd age groups on each factor score difference(P>0.05),which indicates that the factors are not correlated to population features.Conclusions1.The results of current situation analysis showed that notability and coverage need to be raised,the maneuverability and convenience of use need to be strengthened,the practicability of functional service need to be improved and user stickiness needs to be strengthened.2.Habits,satisfaction,perceived usefulness,expected confirmation,perceived ease of use and popularity can directly or indirectly affect users’ willingness to use Nanjing public health service platform continuously. |
