The Impact Of User Cognition On Continuance Usage Intention Of Mobile Health Management Applications

Today’s economic capacity is increasing,people’s quality of life continues to improve,and more and more people are beginning to pay attention to their own health.However,many individuals’ health performance today is also facing severe tests,such as chronic diseases,sub-health status,aging,and uneven distribution of medical resources.Targeted provision of health management services can play a role in strengthening physical management,improving life well-being and reducing the pressure of seeking medical attention.But for individuals,physical health requires continuous attention and uninterrupted health management;for service providers,the continuous use of users affects the success of the service.Therefore,it is important and necessary to pay attention to the issue of continuous use and continuance usage intention.The basic model of this research is the expectation confirmation model.An integrated model is developed by integrating the expectation confirmation model,regulatory focus theory and social comparison theory.Nowadays,when judging the use effect of mobile health management services,people usually pay more attention to whether the health results are improved or decreased.Therefore,in order to make the model results more objective and credible,in the field of health,the perceived health results are also tried to be added as one of the pre-influencing factors of individual satisfaction.At the same time,in order to reflect the higher-level interaction characteristics between users and mobile health management services,in this study,we take the user’s self-regulatory focus and social comparison tendencies as adjustment variables.Explore how users’ perception of health outcomes,expectation confirmation,perception of usefulness,and satisfaction under different regulatory focus and social comparison tendencies affect their continuance usage intention.This study took mobile health management service users as the research object and collected 516 valid questionnaires,and then carried out structural equation analysis.The results show that expectation confirmation,perceived health results,and perceived usefulness in mobile health management services all have a positive effect on individual satisfaction.Perceived health outcomes,perceived usefulness,and individual satisfaction also directly affect the continuance usage intention.In addition,in the regulatory focus and social comparison tendency of users,promotion focus produce positive regulatory between expectation confirmation and the perceived usefulness of the mobile health management service,and prevention focus produce negative regulatory between expectation confirmation and the perceived usefulness of the mobile health management service,and downward social comparison tendency produce positive regulatory between expectation confirmation and satisfaction with mobile health management services.At the end of the chapter,the theoretical significance,management enlightenment and existing shortcomings of this article are discussed in detail.
