With the rapid development of big data,cloud computing technology and its integration with the medical industry,the personalized medical service relying on this technology has the possibility of realization.In addition,with the increasing proportion of aging population in our country,the demand for medical resources has increased,and with the increasing improvement of people’s material living standard,begin to pay more attention to their own health status;and the positive policies related to medical big data adopted at the national level,these practical factors will also greatly promote the integration and development of big data and the medical industry.At present,the integration and development of big data field and personalized medical industry has started,but there are still some problems: for example,the data application source in personalized medical service is few,the medical service mode is single,and the big data technology can not be properly applied to the personalized medical service link,which makes it impossible to meet the different needs of different users when they the personalized medical service.Therefore,this paper tries to improve the level of personalized medical service by perfecting the application of big data related technology in personalized medical service,so as to meet the needs of self-health management of ordinary individuals and provide decision support for medical staff to implement personalized medical service.The core research content of the paper is: first,based on the background of medical big data,the whole process of personalized medical service mode is designed.The personalized medical service is divided into three links: personalized diagnosis,personalized treatment and personalized nursing,and the whole life cycle of medical service is closed loop,and the specific process design is given for how each link can achieve personalized service based on medical big data.Then,the big data technology is applied to each personalized medical service link in practice.The KNN nearest neighbor classification algorithm is used to classify and predict whether an individual has a certain disease in the individualized medical diagnosis link;in the individualized treatment link,the K-Means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the patients to make different individualized treatment plans for different patients;In the individualized nursing link,the random forest algorithm is used to analyze the key nursing direction of diabetic patients in the later nursing link,so as to realize the targeted monitoring nursing care of diseases and maximize the benefit of the use of limited resources.Finally,the architecture of personalized medical service big data platform is designed.On the premise of analyzing the requirements of the big data platform design in the early stage,the overall design of the platform architecture is carried out first,and then the three dimensions of the technical,data and functional architecture required by the medical big data platform are designed respectively.Finally,the paper expounds the security system of medical big data platform from the multi-dimensional angle,and provides theoretical reference for the development of personalized medical service big data platform in the future.Based on the design of personalized medical service mode,this paper hopes to apply big data technology to every link of personalized medical service,in order to promote the development of personalized medical service field,and design the big data platform of personalized medical service to provide the possibility of landing the application of personalized medical service.
