| [Objective] With the rapid development of information technology,the medical information is moving toward intelligent direction.The development of medical big data provides basic data resources protection for intelligent medical services and smart medicine.This paper based on the study of medical big data at home and abroad and medical services status,with the relevant national policies and regulations and standards as the basis and combined with actual situation and needs of medical treatment service in our country,to discuss the application of medical big data architecture and key technologies and provide theoretical and technical support for medical big data application.Mainly to achieve the following goals: exploring the technology architecture of big data platform and various processing techniques suiting for medical big data applications and data characteristics;clearing data sources and resources distribution,and setting up corresponding data analysis and processing model;exploring the application fields and related business functions of medical big data.[Methods] The research methods adopted in this paper include literature analysis,field investigation,SOA architecture,IDEF function modeling,BPMN business process modeling and expert group discussion,etc.Using literature analysis system to collect relevant literature and information at home and abroad,with data analysis and literature review,to understand the domestic and foreign medical big data research and application to provide theoretical basis and reference for the project research.To understand the construction status of medical big data platform,data collection categories and indicators of statistical analysis,at the same time interviewing for medical big data needs,medical big data open condition,medical data utilization and other interviews.The SOA data architecture is used to construct the medical big data platform.The data processing model and related business flow chart of medical big data are studied through IDEF function modeling and BPMN business process modeling method.Finally,consulting for the application structure of the construction of the medical data platform and related technology and data processing model through the expert group discussion,and with amendments and suggestions are given by experts.[Results] ⑴Designed the medical data platform architecture based on the construction of hospital information platform with SOA architecture method,including the base layer,data layer,service layer and application layer.⑵Explored the key technologies and standard system suitable for medical big data characteristics.Three kinds of security and privacy protection technology are studied emphatically,which are access control,data encryption and anonymity.At the same time,constructed medical big data standard system from the basic standards,data standards,technical standards,platform and tool standards,management standards,safety and privacy standards,and industry application standards,according to health medical information standards,related industry standards and related requirements of big data applications.⑶The analysis and processing model of medical big data was constructed from the patients’ treatment process,and the application pattern of medical big data was described.At the same time,the main business applications of medical big data were analyzed from the perspectives of patients,health care workers and hospital administrators,including intelligent assistant diagnosis and treatment,image data analysis and image intelligence diagnosis,rational drug analysis,remote monitoring,disease trend prediction,precision medical,cost and efficacy analysis,performance management,hospital control costs analysis,medical quality analysis and so on.[Conclusions] ⑴On the basis of the construction of hospital information platform,the medical big data platform architecture was designed by the mixing method,which achieved the integration of hospital information platform and big data platform.The design pattern could protect original investment and reduce construction costs,and it also can maintain the continuity of original business and improve the stability of system operation.It can provide an effective way for the construction of medical big data platform.⑵The development of medical big data requires the support and security of many aspects,including infrastructure construction,data modeling technique,data storage and management,data analysis,security and privacy protection,and etc.But also needs update and perfect according to the demand of the medical industry.⑶The standard system of medical big data is an effective way to realize the interconnection and sharing of information,involving the whole transaction process including medical information collection,transmission,exchange and processing.The system needs to be standardized and perfected from the angles of basic standards,data standards,technical standards,platform and tool standards,management standards,security and privacy standards,and industry application standards.⑷At present,the conditions of large-scale application of big data technology in the medical field are not completely mature.But with the increasingly perfecting of infrastructure such as hospital information platform,data center and the continuous development of big data technology,the application of medical big data will become deeply and widely more and more,and the demand will become more clear. |
