"Difficult to see a doctor" is one of the long-standing problems in China's medical and health service system.In order to further optimize the medical process,alleviate the "three long and one short" phenomenon and improve the medical experience,through mobile medical treatment,break the barrier of the hospital wall,we can obtain the professional medical service of the hospital through WeChat before,during and after the diagnosis.Users can directly view the hospital introduction,department introduction and doctor introduction through WeChat,and independently select the experts to visit according to their own actual situation and make an appointment for registration.On the day of treatment,patients only need to pay registration fee via WeChat to register successfully.In the public address of the hospital,click on the waiting queue in the medical service to see the number of patients waiting for the visit.Patients can freely grasp the time of departure from the hospital according to the distance from the hospital,thereby greatly reducing waiting time and flexibly arranging other daily affairs.After the patient sees a doctor,he can pay the medicine fee and examination fee through WeChat.In addition,patients do not need to wait for the test results in the hospital,they can query through WeChat anytime and anywhere.Based on the reality of Suixi MCH hospital,this paper designs a WeChat medical service platform.The main work includes the following aspects: in the system demand analysis stage,through in-depth investigation of the hospital treatment mode and environment by issuing questionnaires and interviews to patients,combing and optimizing various business processes,completed the system demand analysis.In the analysis process,the system functions and business scenarios are divided in to two parts: the management end and the user end.In the system design stage,according to the requirement analysis,the system structure design,function design,interface design,data model and database instance design are completed.In the design,the system adopts three-tier framework design,and uses Java Web,SQL Server database and Web Service development technology to build each tier.In the function realization stage,the system realizes the user subsystem and the management subsystem respectively.At present,the WeChat service platform of the hospital has three functions: first,long-distance waiting.After the masses register or make an appointment,they do not need to wait anxiously at the door of the clinic.They can arrive at the hospital in advance by paying attention to the waiting notice.Second,the account is bundled and used by the whole family.Considering that some elderly people are not proficient in using smart phones,the hospital WeChat service launched an account that can bind multiple medical cards.Customers can help parents or children to make appointments,register,pay fees,and query the inspection results on their mobile phones anytime and anywhere.Third,the hospital set up WeChat service window in outpatient consultation desk to provide services such as printing invoices.At the same time,QR code can be seen everywhere in the hospital,which is convenient for everyone to scan and add attention with WeChat.
