Traditional hospital information and archiving systems are mostly based on stand-alone or client-server architechture,and the technology is out of date.Also the data management system lack technological innovation,which is not conducive to storage and management of medical data and the sharing of resourses between medical organizations.It has hindered the development of medical data in the field of artificial intelligence,big data and data mining.It is necessary to establish a platform for medical data analysis and archiving with unified standards and put it into practical application.Therefore,this paper is oriented to the unified standardization requirements and the drive of emerging technologies.Firstly,this study chooses the unified format to establish data communication and storage standards,and chooses browser-server architechture to design the implementation scheme of the whole platform combined with the current and emerging front-end,back-end,visualization and cloud technology.Secondly,these technologies are used to design the methods of generating structured reports,generating 3D visualization models,and providing advanced retrieval of medical data.Then,the idea of modularization will be used to integrate above methods into a unified platform,so that each module of the platform can be pluggable,low-coupling and easy to reuse development,and then use container technology to deploy and test the platform.Finally,this paper builds a platform for medical data visualization and analysis based on Docker's container virtualization technology,and combined with Website technologies such as Django,React and WebGL.The platform can transmit,store and input DICOM standards.In addition to medical data,it also has the functions of automatically generating structured reports,generating 3D visualization interactive models for medical images,customizing advanced retrieval based on medical data tagging,and finally completing a modular architechture that integrates all functions and provides support for further functional expansion and in-depth research of the platform.The design of the whole platform can achieve the decentralization between hospital information and archiving systems,eliminate the dependence of systems on specific platforms,and provide effective solutions to solve the information islands of the digital systems among various medical institutions.Furthermore,this solution can also lay a foundation for the research of medical intellecturalization.
