| Pranayama meditation is a practice of meditation in the form of sitting,combining breathing with psychological regulation,to achieve inner peace,breathing steady,healthy body.Starting from the literature survey,this paper makes an study on the Wang Ji’s academic views about pranayama meditation,summarizes the methods and ideas of health care.The research paper is developed from the following five aspects:The first chapter introduces the reason why Wangji went to practice pranayama meditation.The reasons are summarized as three aspects: the Neo-Confucianism,the Buddhism and the Taoism,valetudinarianism in his youth.The second chapter studies the main features of pranayama meditation.The main characteristic of Wang Ji’s pranayama meditation is to pay attention to Shuxi,to emphasize the Zhenxi,to advocate Yanxi.His contribution to pranayama meditation mainly consists of two aspects:on the one hand,the detailed regulation of the operation;on the other hand,the reasonable elaboration of the mechanism of pranayama meditation.The third chapter studies the experience of pranayama meditation.The experience includes three aspects: time,method and environment.The fourth chapter discusses ideas about pranayama meditation.The pranayama meditation is beneficial to edify temperament,read,social exercise and health maintenance.The fifth chapter deals with the meaning and influence of Wang Ji’spranayama meditation.The influence of Wang Ji’s pranayama meditation in China,as well as the spread in Japan.Finally,the author summarizes the significance and influence of Wang Ji’s pranayama meditation to posterity.In a word,there are a large number of literature about Wang Ji’s pranayama meditation,but it lacks of digging and sorting.Through the study of the existing ancient and modern literature materials,this paper systematically abstracts and summarizes the thought of Wang Ji ’s health care idears about pranayama meditation,so as to provide experience and reference for the study of pranayama meditation and guiding the development of health preservation in modern Chinese medicine. |
