Summing Up The Academic Thought And Medication Rule Of Chief Physician Lin Caizhi In The Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer

Objective: Through the ’ Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform System ’(V3.0),data mining was performed on the medical records of Lin Caizhi ’s treatment of colorectal cancer,and his clinical experience in the treatment of colorectal cancer based on syndrome differentiation was summarized to provide individualized new ideas for scientific research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods: A total of 52 cases and 135 prescriptions of colorectal cancer treated by chief physician Lin Caizhi were collected.After the data of each medical record were sorted out,they were input into the ’ Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform System ’.The association rule analysis,complex system entropy clustering and improved mutual information algorithm of the system were used to mine the medication rules,and the frequency of prescription medication,drug taste and meridian tropism,and the degree of association rules between drugs were discussed.Analyze the medication rules of director Lin Caizhi,and then summarize his medication experience and rules in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Results:(1)According to the statistics of the ’ Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform System ’,a total of 147 Chinese medicines were used in 135 prescriptions of 52 medical records.Among them,the top 10 were :Poria,Pinellia,Atractylodes,Paris,Jiubiying,Jineijin,Salvia,Zhejiang Fritillary,turtle shell,Guizhi.(2)The analysis showed that the top 20 symptoms were fatigue,anorexia,poor sleep,frequent defecation,abdominal distension,loose stool,constipation,sticky stool,epigastric distension,soreness of the waist,abdominal pain,emaciation,dry mouth,dry mouth and bitter taste,hard stool,tenesmus,dizziness,cold limbs,cough and frequent urination at night.Among them,gastrointestinal symptoms were the main symptoms,with a frequency of245 times,accounting for 61 %.(3)In the four-qi analysis,cold drugs appeared the most(821 times),followed by warm drugs,743 times.In the five flavors,sweet medicine(1232times)is the most,followed by bitter medicine,all drugs mostly belong to the spleen,stomach and liver.(4)Common tongue is dark tongue,pale tongue,pale tongue;common tongue coating is yellow greasy fur,white greasy fur;common pulse conditions are weak pulse,slippery pulse,and fine pulse.(5)Syndrome frequency analysis results : damp-heat accumulation syndrome(77 times),accounting for 57%;qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(36 times),accounting for 27%;and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(22 times),accounting for 16%.(6)The top five of the efficacy of the drugs were tonic,heat-clearing,phlegm-resolving,cough-relieving and asthma-relieving,blood-resolving and stasis-resolving,and digestion.(7)The association rules of 135 prescriptions were analyzed,and the commonly used drug combinations were(1)Smilax glabra,Pinellia ternata and Atractylodes macrocephala;(2)Chonglou,Jiubiying;(3)Zhejiang fritillaria,chicken gold;(4)Salvia miltiorrhiza,turtle shell.(8)The results of cluster analysis showed that the core drug combinations were :(1)Paris polyphylla,Pinellia ternata,Smilax glabra,Atractylodes macrocephala,Jiubiying;(2)Baizhu,Tufuling,Banxia,Jineijin,Chonglou;(3)Danshen,Jiubiying,Jineijin,Chonglou,Banxia.Conclusion(s): According to the law of 135 prescriptions for the treatment of52 patients with colorectal cancer by chief physician Lin Caizhi,the tutor paid attention to dispelling evil to strengthen the body when treating colorectal cancer,and believed that dispelling evil was the best means of strengthening the body.Secondly,pay attention to the treatment of the cause,and use highfrequency drug pairs to treat the cause;finally,it is believed that eliminating evil must run through the whole treatment process.
