Objective:In this experiment,the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on sinusitis with nasal polyps was observed and the results were analyzed.Methods:From 2019.01 to 2020.09,93 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital were selected,The above patients were divided into 45 cases in experimental group and 48 cases in control group,The experimental group was treated with endoscopic sinus stenting surgery,The control group was treated only by endoscopic surgery,Lund-Kennedy scores were observed in the two groups before,2 weeks after operation,4 weeks after operation,6 weeks after operation and 8 weeks after operation,as well as preoperative,postoperative 2 weeks,postoperative 4 weeks,postoperative 6 weeks,postoperative 8 weeks VAS score.postoperative nasal ventilation time,operation time,intraoperative bleeding,total effective rate,total cost,complications occurred.SPSS statistical software is used for analysis.Results:1.There were 30 male patients,15 female patients,the average age(35.17±16.70)years,28 male patients and 20 female patients in the control group,the average age(33.33±10.08)years,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Preoperative Lund-Kennedy score(6.24±1.15),Lund-Kennedy score(2.93±0.75)at 2 weeks,Lund-Kennedy score(1.02±0.89)at 4 weeks,0.22(0.42)at 6 weeks,0.00±0.00;Preoperative Lund-Kennedy score(6.67±0.95)in the control group,Lund-Kennedy score(8.67±1.72)at 2 weeks postoperatively,Lund-Kennedy score(6.67±0.95)at 4 weeks postoperatively,Lund-Kennedy score(5.33 and 1.26)at 6 weeks postoperatively,and score(3.00±0.83)at 8 weeks postoperatively.There was no significant difference in the Lund-Kennedy scores of the experimental group and the control group before operation,and the Lund-Kennedy scores were statistically different at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation(P<0.01).3.Preoperative VAS score(25.78±7.77),VAS score(6.38±1.47)at 2 weeks,VAS score(2.42±1.23)at 4 weeks,0.20±0.40)at 6 weeks,0.00±0.00;Preoperative VAS score(26.00±2.18)in the control group,VAS score(12.67±2.52)at 2 weeks postoperatively,VAS score(8.00±2.18)at 4 weeks postoperatively,VAS score(5.33±2.52)at 6 weeks postoperatively,and 1.33(0.48)at 8 weeks postoperatively.There was no significant difference in the VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group before operation,and the VAS scores were statistically different at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation(P<0.01).4.Postoperative nasal ventilation time(4.75±1.31)days,operative time(88.53±13.00)min、intraoperative bleeding(48±0.53),hospitalization(7.02±0.39)days,total cost(18236.43=1621.45)yuan,complications(none);Postoperative nasal ventilation time(5.67±0.48)days,operative time(85.46±12.51)min、intraoperative bleeding(50±0.63),total cost(13854.57±1369.13)yuan,complications(none).There was no statistical difference in operation time and intraoperative bleeding between the experimental group and the control group.Compared with the control group,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01),the total cost was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and no complications occurred in both groups.5.In the experimental group,a large number of yellow crusts appeared on the surface 2 week after operation.After 4 weeks,the scab gradually decreased,the stent was partially absorbed,the mucosal color returned to normal,and the stent was absorbed after 8 week.The mucous membrane of the operation area became smooth and reddish.Conclusion:1.Sinus stents prevent intraoperative lumen adhesion,facilitate intraoperative lumen epithelialization,reduce the number of dressing changes,increase patient satisfaction,and improve postoperative quality of life of patients.2.Transnasal endoscopic surgery with endonasal stent is effective in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.3.The price of sinus stents is expensive and some patients cannot afford it.
