Preliminary Study On Danweishu Granule Combined With Meridian-Pressing Instrument In The Treatment Of Cholecystolithiasis In Remission Period

ObjectiveBy observing the therapeutic effect of Danweishu granule combined with meridian-pressing instrument and fennel trithione capsule on patients with cholecystolithiasis in remission stage,to explore the curative effect and clinical application value of Danweishu granule combined with meridian-pressing instrument,in order to reduce the related symptoms and signs of patients in remission stage,reduce the inflammation of gallbladder wall,improve liver function and gallbladder function,create conditions for gallbladder stone extraction,and explore new ideas for the treatment of gallstone in remission stage.MethodsSixty patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency in remission stage of cholecystolithiasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Among them,30 patients in the control group were treated with oral anethole trithione capsule,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Danweishu granule combined with meridian-pressing instrument on the basis of the control group,with a course of treatment of 3 months in both groups.The related clinical symptoms and signs,laboratory indexes(serum leukocyte WBC,neutrophil percentage NEUT%,y-glutamyl transpeptidase GGT,glutamic pyruvic transaminase ALT,serum direct bilirubin DBIL)and gallbladder imaging changes were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results1.After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and abdominal tenderness in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences in the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and abdominal tenderness in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the control group,and there was also significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and abdominal tenderness in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in nausea score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2.After treatment,The levels of WBC,NEUT%,GGT,ALT and DBIL in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of GGT,ALT and DBIL in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GGT,ALT and DBIL in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in serum WBC and NEUT%levels between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the thickness of gallbladder wall in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference in the thickness of the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of gallbladder wall in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gallbladder contractile function of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference of gallbladder contractile function in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gallbladder contractile function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionDanweishu granule combined with meridian-pressing instrument may be used to soothe the liver and gallbladder,invigorate the spleen and replenish qi,remove blood stasis and disperse blood stasis,dredge collaterals and relieve pain,which is helpful to improve the symptoms and signs related to the remission stage of cholecystolithiasis,to improve liver function and gallbladder contractile function,to reduce the inflammation of gallbladder wall,to create conditions for gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of gallstone in remission stage.
