An Initial Observation About The Therapeutic Effect Of Danweishu & Yunjingyi Treatment On Gallbladder Polyps

Gallbladder polypus,also named as polypoid lesions of gallbladder,is a commonly encountered disease in clinic.Assisted by B-ultrasound,endoscopic ultrasounography and CT,etc.,detected number of the illness,as well as the oncogenous rate is growing.Malignancy is manifested as high malignant degree, fast growth and early metastasis.Expectation is given in this clinic study on arousing people's attention about the importance of positive treatment on gallbladder polyps and on contribution of a new positive therapeutic method.Objective:In expectation of detecting the therapeutic effect of multiple Chinese medical approaches on gallbladder polyps,this paper gives history records of patients with gallbladder polyps treated by the Danweishu & Yunjingyi,as well as a discussion about the therapeutic mechanism,which gives a new way in treating gallbladder polyps.Methods:Treat patients in treatment group with the Danweishu& Yunjingyi for 3 months,and then compare them with patients in contract group by means of colour ultrasound diagnostic method.They are compared in the average changes about the contraction function of gallbladder,thickness of the wall,the size of polyp and numbers.Statistic analysis is given in the end.Results:Patients treated by Danweishu patent and Yunjingyi together show an obviously higher average level in regression of inflammation on strengthened gallbladder contraction function,gallbladder wall decrease in thickness,the therapeutic effect of multiple Chinese medical show on reducing gallbladder imflammation,excreting sedimentation and visable particles.It shows statistical significance in strengthened gallbladder contraction function,thinning out of gallbladder wall,reduced or dispeared polyps(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The therapeutic effect of multiple obviously approaches on strengthened gallbladder contraction function,thinning out of gallbladder wall, reduced or dispeared polyps.Chinese medicine conservative treatment shows the overall regulation,side effects and patients find it is easier to being accepted.In expectation of detecting the therapeutic effect of multiple Chinese medical is used of clinical value and the good prospect of multiple appliance of Chinese medicine.
