Clinical Study On Manipulation For Sinew Injury Andacupoint Pressing Combined With WEI’s Reduction By Lateral-Rotating And Traction In Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Manipulation ForSinewInjuryandAcupointPressing CombinedwithWEI’sReductionByLateral-RotatingAndTraction in threatingCervicalSpondyloticRadiculopathy,andanalyzethemechanismandclinicaleffectoftra ditionalmanipulation.Methods66 patients with cervical spondyloti radiculopathy which saw a doctor in orthopedic outpatient-department of SHENZHEN TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE HOSPITAL during September 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.patientsincontrolgroupweretreatedbyManipulationForSinewInjuryAnd Acupoint PressingwhilepatientsintreatmentgroupweregiveWEI’sReductionByLateralRotatingAndTractionbasedonthetreatmentforthecontrolgroup.After 4 weekstreatment,patients’VAS scores、Tanaka Yasushi Cervical scores and overalleffectwereelectedandanalyzed.Results1.Beforetreatment,patients betweentwo groups whose age、gender and sexhadno significant differences(P>0.05)were comparable.2.Before treatment,patients between two groups whose VAS scores and Tanaka Yasushi Cervical scores had no significant differences(P>0.05)werecomparable.3.After 4 weeks treatment,the VAS scores and Tanaka Yasushi Cervical scores of patients in two groups were both decreased,and the difference between the treatment group was significant(P<0.05).4.After 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate was 93.93%in treatment group while the total effective rate in control group was 84.84%,the recurrence rate in treatment group was 6.07%while the recurrence rate in control rate was 24.24%.5.During the treatment,no severe adverse reaction was found in the two groups.ConclusionTherapyof Manipulation ForSinewInjuryandAcupointPressing CombinedwithWEI’sReductionByLateral-RotatingAndTractioncaneffectivelyrelieve CSR patients’clinicalsymptom,reducerecurrencerate.Besides,this therapy is secure.
