Observation Of Clinical Effect On The Treatment Of Children Acute Bronchitis (Wind-cold Cough) By Three-steps Spinal Pushing Combined With Conventional Massage

Objective:To observe the changes of symptom and sign scores before and after threestep spinal pushing combined with conventional massage and conventional massage in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis(wind-cold cough),compare the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups,evaluate the clinical effectiveness of three-step spinal pushing combined with conventional massage.Methods:60 children with acute bronchitis(wind-cold cough)who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to the order of treatment.The treatment group was treated with three-step spinal pushing combined with conventional massage,and the control group was treated with conventional massage.The three-step spinal pushing method is the manipulation of relaxing muscles,plucking and adjusting spine,which is applied to the C7-T5 region,The conventional massage were Clear Lung meridien,clockwise arc pushing inner Ba Gua,Yellow Bee entering holes,knead Dan Zhong,push San Guan,push Tian Men,split pushing Kan Gong,knead Tai Yang,knead Er Hou Gao Gu.Both groups were treated once a day.After 5 days of treatment,record the scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment,and the collected data were statistically analyzed by spss23.0 statistical software.Result:1.Curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of symptom and sign scores:After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and signs of the two groups were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the scores of cough,expectoration,chilly symptoms and pulmonary auscultation signs in the treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in nasal obstruction,runny nose,pharyngeal itching and fever scores between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The two therapies are effective in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis(wind-cold cough),but the three-step chiropractic method combined with conventional massage group is better than the conventional massage group in improving the symptoms of cough,expectoration,aversion to cold and pulmonary auscultation of children with acute bronchitis(wind-cold cough).2.The clinical effect of three-step chiropractic therapy combined with conventional massage in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis(wind-cold cough)is better than that of conventional massage.
