Objective: The study aims to intervene and treat perimenopausal syndrome patients with liver heat and spleen cold type through the application of the classic prescription--Chaihuguizhiganjiang Soup.By observing the changes of Kupperman modified rating scale,TCM syndrome score,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and laboratory indexes before and after intervention.Through the analysis of these changes to evaluate the clinical intervention effect, for the clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome to provide effective traditional Chinese medicine and research ideas. Methods: Using SPSS26.0 through a random number generator,63 patients with liver-heat and spleen-cold Perimenopausal Syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(31cases)and the control group(32 cases). The treatment group was given Chaihuguizhiganjiang Soup for intervention, and the control group was given Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets 1/10 mg intervention therapy, both of which were given 3consecutive courses of treatment. To count the results of these observation indexes which include AMH,Kupperman modified scale,TCM syndrome score,Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the two groups before and after treatment. The results were analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two interventions.Results:(1)There was no statistical significance in intra-group comparison of AMH before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and there was no statistical significance in inter-group comparison after treatment(P >0.05).(2)The scores of Kupperman modified rating scale in 2 groups were statistically significant in both groups before and after treatment(P <0.05),and statistically significant in both groups after treatment(P <0.05).(3)The scores of TCM symptoms in 2 groups were statistically significant within the group before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and statistically significant between the groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(4)The scores of TCM syndrome in control group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Treatment group patients with hot and cold, irritability, loose stools, face red sweat out, chest pain, depression,or depression, the bitter dry mouth, insomnia, much dream or easy to wake up with a start, dizziness, headaches and other symptoms score before and after treatment comparison in the group were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but floating face limb swelling symptom score before and after treatment comparison in the group without statistical significance(P > 0.05).After treatment the floating leg swollen, chest pain, dizziness, headaches and other symptoms is compared between single group has no statistical significance(P >0.05),hot and cold, irritability, loose stools, face red sweat out, depressed or depression, dry mouth, bitter,or easy to wake the symptom such as insomnia is compared between single group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,the curative effect was more significant in the treatment group, and the curative effect was more significant in the control group, such as the symptoms of hot and cold, irritability, loose stool, low mood or depression, bitter mouth and dry mouth, insomnia and dreams or easy waking.(5)The SDS scores of the two groups were statistically significant within the group before and after treatment(P< 0.05),and statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(6)The intra-group comparison before and after SAS treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the inter-group comparison after SAS treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(7)After 3 courses of treatment, the total efficacy of TCM syndrome was96.7% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).(8)The total efficacy of Kupperman score after 3 courses of treatment was 100%in the treatment group and 70% in the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was of statistical significance(P < 0.05).(9)No abnormalities were found in blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function,ECG,gynecology and breast color ultrasound of the two groups during the treatment.A small amount of adverse reactions occurred in both groups,6.7% in the treatment group and 23.4% in the control group, which was significantly higher than that in the treatment group. Conclusion: Compared with Estradiol Tablet/Estradiol Ddrogesterone Tablet 1/10 mg,Chaihuguizhiganjiang decoction on the treatment of the patients with perimenopausal syndrome of the type of liver heat and spleen cold is not only more significant, but also safer. Therefore,it is worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. |
