Clinical Research On Jia Jian Wen Dan Decoction Treating With Perimenopausal Syndrome And Its Influence On The Quality

Objective:To observe clinical effect on Wendan Decoction addition or subtraction treating the perimenopausal syndrome(PMS),and the action of improving the syndrom-es, relieving associated symptoms and promoting the comprehensive quality of life with Patients. Thereby, explore the prescription of theoretical basis with treating the PMS and definite its mechanism of action, providing the new clinical thought and method for the prevention and treatment the disease of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 cases of patients with perimenopausal syndrome that was met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Treatment group:Jiajian Wendan Decoction; Control group: danzhi xiaoyao pills. Each course of treatment was three weeks,rest one week,then start the next course, continuously treating for three courses in all. Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and changes in relevant indicators before and after treatment.Results:(1)Comprehensive effect were compared between the two groups,the total effective rate was 89.7% in the treatment group and 64.3% in the control group,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total scores of the two groups’ TCM syndrome before and after treatment were both reduced(P<0.01),but the treatment group was better than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).(3)Compare with the efficacy of TCM syndrome of two groups patients,the treatment group and control group was 93.1%,71.4%,respectively. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The incidence rates of symptoms on MRSⅡscore of two groups were reduced, but the incidence rates of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05) in the hot flashes of sweating, sleep disorder, cardiac symptoms,depression,and so on.The MEN-QOL score of the two groups were both reduced before and after treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group in decending the menopausal transition vasomotor function,each dimension integral of physiological and psychological symptoms was better than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05). In improving the sex life,the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)The serum E2 was increased and FSH and LH were obviously reduced than before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.01).The changes of indicatorswere semblable after treatment, it had no significant difference between with the two groups(P>0.05).The serum TG,TC,LDL-C of the two groups were both reduced before and after treatment(P<0.01), but the treatment group was better than control group in decending the TG,LDL-C,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) Jiajian Wendan Decoction treated the perimenopausal syndrome which could reduce the serum TG, TC,LDL-C levels,illustrating that it could improve the level of blood lipid metabolism;At the same time,it could adjust the serum FSH, LH, E2 levels,its mechanism of action may be related to regulation of the endocrine.(2)Jiajian Wendan Decoction could effectively relieve the vasodilation dysfunction, patients’ discomfort clinical symptoms in psychology and physiology, and also improve the quality of life by regulating the heart, liver and spleen.
