| Objective: This study uses the “Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform”,and uses data mining methods to analyze Professor Zhang Minghe’s TCM differentiation and treatment rules for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis,combined with his books,to summarize the law of combination of disease and syndrome treatment of the disease,To provide theoretical support for the guidance of clinical thoughts of famous old Chinese medicine,and to promote the inheritance of famous old Chinese medicine experience.Methods: A collection of 120 patients with confirmed psoriatic arthritis treated by Professor Zhang Minghe in the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2020,and extract general information,four diagnosis information,syndrome types,treatment methods and medications Use the “Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform” system to establish a database for relevant diagnosis and treatment information,and perform data analysis and processing such as mathematical statistics,association analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis.Treatment characteristics,summarizing the law of differentiation and treatment.Results:The main clinical symptoms of patients are joint pain,white scaly,skin burning,and skin pruritus.The 10 types of syndromes of damp-heat arthralgia syndrome and heat toxin flaming syndrome have a higher distribution frequency.The 16 treatment methods are commonly used to clear heat and detoxify,expel wind and remove dampness,and clear Yingliangxue,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis;152 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,belonging to 17 categories,commonly used licorice,forsythia,honeysuckle,smilax,peony bark,red peony,achyranthes bidentata,cicada slough,rehmannia glutinosa,and Sargentodoxa cuneata;by association rules Obtain the correlation between symptoms and syndromes,drugs and symptoms,drugs and syndromes,and drugs and drugs;obtain 3 groups of drug combinations through cluster analysis;obtain 1 core prescription through complex network analysis.Conclusion: Professor Zhang Minghe believes that the most fundamental pathogenesis of psoriatic arthritis lies in heat and toxins.He advocates that syndrome differentiation is the core,and the dialectics are mostly based on “damp-heat blockage” and “heat toxin exuberance”,emphasizing the “clearing heat and detoxifying method”as the basic method.Throughout the treatment of the disease,it also pays attention to the combined application of the methods of clearing camp and cooling blood,dispelling wind and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and protecting the spleen and stomach.The choice of drugs is mostly bitter and cold,and the focus is on clearing heat.It is also flexible according to the symptoms of syndromes.Accompanied by symptomatic treatments such as activating blood to remove blood stasis,diuresis and dampening,pay attention to the coordinated use of drugs,so that toxins have no power. |
