Research On Clinical Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Xikui's Treatment Of Kidney Stone Patient Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveThis thesis aims to provide reference for clinical kidney stone medication by summarizing the academic thought and medication characteristics of treating kidney stone by Professor Zhang Xikui.MethodsThe thesis collects the medical records of kidney stone patients that Professor Zhang Xikui has been diagnosed and treated from January 2015 to December 2019,organizing them in a unified format and establishing a database by Microsoft Office Excel,IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0.Summarizing experience of Professor Zhang Xikui in clinical kidney stone medication through statistical methods: frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis.ResultsThere are 235 prescriptions for 110 patients including 110 herbs and the number of male patients is bigger than female.Different herbs appeared a total of 2829 times,with the most frequent 14 herbs being: Membrane of chicken gizzard,Lygodium japonicum,Lysimachia christinae hance,Astragalus,Liquorice,Pyrrosia,Poria,White peony root,Aurantii fructus,Alisma,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Peach kernel,Millet sprout and Chinese yam.Of all the traditional Chinese medicines,the most frequently used is damp-draining diuretic,then tonic drugs,digsstive drugs,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,drugs for regulating the flow of Qi,heat-clearing medicines and so on.In terms of medicinal properties,cold drug is the most frequently used,then flat drug and warm drug,cool drug and febrile drug are the least.In terms of five flavors,sweet medicines and bitter medicines are more common,then salty medicines,pungent drugs,light drugs,and the least is astringent drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine meridian tropisms are more common in the spleen meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian,bladder meridian,and then decreases in the order of lung meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian,small intestine meridian,gallbladder meridian,large intestine meridian,pericardium meridian,triple burner meridian.The main pair of traditional Chinese medicines are membrane of chicken gizzard and lygodium japonicum,membrane of chicken gizzard and Lysimachia christinae hance,fructus ligustri lucidi and eclipta,Chinese yam and cornus officinalis,ramulus cinnamomi and monkshood,millet sprout and malt,white peony root and liquorice,aurantii fructus and peach kernel,poria and Alisma,pyrrosia and fringed pink.The nuclear prescriptions are as follows.1.Qi stagnstion and blood stasis syndrom: white peony root,liquorice,aurantii fructus,peach kernel,pueraria,loranthus parasiticus,dipsacus asper,rhizoma curcumae,hawthorn,membrane of chicken gizzard,lygodium japonicum.2.Damp heat accumulation certificate: membrane of chicken gizzard,lygodium japonicum,lysimachia christinae hance,fringed pink,plantain seed,polyporus umbellate,coix seed,pyrrosia,millet sprout,malt,spine date seed,cortex albiziae,coptis chinensis,amomum villosum,erigeron breviscapus.3.Type Qi and Yin deficiency: astragalus,fructus ligustri lucidi,eclipta,dendrobium,ophiopogon,pericarpium citri reticulatae,polygonum aviculare,gorgon fruit,imperatarhizome,achyranthes bidentata blume,red yeast rice,membrane of chicken gizzard,lygodium japonicum.4.Kidney-QI deficiency: poria,alisma,Chinese yam,cornus officinalis,radix rehmannia,rehmanniae radix praeparata,cortex moutan,ramulus cinnamomi,monkshood,eucommia ulmoides,membrane of chicken gizzard,lygodium japonicum.Conclusion1.Professor Zhang Xikui believes that the main kidney stone pathogenesis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,kidney deficiency is reason,dampness-heat and Qi stagnstion and blood stasis is outer phenomenon,kidney and bladder are the main position,liver and spleen are often involved.2.Professor Zhang Xikui believes that the dampness-heat runs through the kidney stone.Damp heat accumulation certificate,Qi stagnstion and blood stasis,deficiency of the Qi are the main reasons of the kidney stone.In the treatment,Professor Zhang Xikui are usually eliminate dampness and heat to reinforce deficiency and regulating Qi and removing blood Stasis.The coreparties are Sanjin Paishi Tang,Jinkui Shenqi Wan,Huangqi Erzhi Wan and so on.In the treatment,according to the patients' combination of disease identification and syndrome differentiation,he modificates prescription with syndrome.3.In medication,the main directions of Professor Zhang Xikui are eliminating dampness and heat,clearing dampand promote diuresis,reinforcing deficiency and strengthening healthy Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.
