Analysis On Professor Zhang Minghe's Behcet's Disease Administration Experience By Using Data Mining Technology

Purpose: This paper research the behcet's disease treatment of drug law of professor Zhang Minghe for inheritance research,to study the drug law of the behcet's disease treatment,to provide further clinical knowledge and treatment of behcet's disease.Method: Sort out outpatient medical record information of professor Zhang Minghe treatment of behcet's disease,from the selection of the study included 98 cases of standard cases and 210 cases of prescriptions,organize the establishment of its database using excel software,analysis of drug frequency,taste,classification,establish data mining model using spriori algorithm in SPSS Modeler data mining statistical software,conduct a correlation analysis on the potential patterns of prescribing drugs.Result: Analysis 210 prescriptions using SPSS Modeler,obtain proportion of different nature and flavor medicine,statistic frequency and type of various medicines then calculate proportion,statistics of different drug combinations frequency from two medicines to eight medicines,correlation analysis of different combinations from two medicines to six medicines was conducted.Summarize causes and pathogenesis of disease?treatment upon syndrome differentiation and medication experience,four new prescriptions were obtained for clinical reference on the basis of analysis of potential medication law.Conclusion: Analysis the professor Zhang Minghe prescription systemic and comprehensively,dig the potential medication law,concluded as follows,bitter cold medicine is the main drugs in medication,clearing heat-toxicity and dry dampness is the main treatment principles,combination using drugs for nourishing qi and activating blood and cold-warm syndrome medicines,cold medicine as the main compositon,protect the spleen and stomach at the same time.These conclusions fully reflect professor Zhang Minghe academic thinking in treatment of behcet's disease,clearing heat-toxicity,care of the spleen and stomach throughout the whole course of treatment,highlight its unique combination of drug law.It is helpful to the promotion and application of Behcet's disease characteristic diagnosis of traditional chinese medicine and treatment.
