Study On The TCM Syndrome And Treatment Rules Of Psoriatic Arthriti

Purpose:To study the law of syndrome treatment of patients with psoriatic arthritis(Ps A)in The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to provide some guidance for the TCM syndrome differentiation of Ps A in Liaoning area.Material and method:A total of 166 patients with psoriatic arthritis who met the inclusion criteria in the department of rheumatology,Department of rheumatology rehabilitation and Department of Dermatology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects.The age,gender,syndrome type and prescription medication status of the patients were collected and a database was established.WPS Office was used for frequency analysis,SPSS22.0 was used for cluster analysis,SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for correlation analysis,and data mining was conducted to obtain the distribution characteristics of psoriatic arthritis syndrome and medication rule.Results:1.Among 166 patients,the male to female ratio was 1:1.21 with an average age of54.70±10.77 years.2.In this study,dampness and heat accumulation syndrome was the most common,accounting for 37.95%,followed by deficiency of liver and kidney(23.49%),heat and dryness of blood(19.28%),wind chill blocking collateral(12.05%),and heat and poison burning syndrome(7.23%).3.Among 137 prescriptions,175 kinds of TCM were involved,with a total frequency of 1887 times,and drug categories were 18.Licorice,peony root,Angelica,qiang live,coix seed and so on for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis common drugs;Heat-clearing drugs,tonifying drugs,dispelling dampness drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis drugs,relieving surface drugs and benefiting water infiltration and dampness drugs are the main categories of Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriatic arthritis.4.Cluster analysis was conducted for 30 Chinese medicines with medication frequency ≥20,and 6 cluster drug groups were obtained,which were as follows: Class 1 f,honeysuckle,cortex phellodendri,radix rehmanniae,cortex dictamni,class 2 twotooth achyranthes root,radix angelicae sinensis,rhizoma atractylodis,radix paeoniae rubra,live alone,licorice root,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,notopterygium,poria cocos,coix seed,windproof,cassia twig,class 3 eucommia bark,safflower,astragalus,Chinese starjasmine,cortex moutan,class 4suberectstem,atractylodes,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,radix paeoniae alba,radix clematidis,class 5 Bi Xie,orientvine,class 6 dried tangerine or orange peel.5.Association analysis was conducted for 30 Chinese herbs with medication frequency ≥20,and atractylodes atractylodis and Phellodendron phellodendri had the highest support,and the three and four association rules were built on the basis of this combination.Conclusion:Psoriatic arthritis syndrome distribution in damp and hot accumulate knot card to see more,treat with been method,medication with liquorice,red paeony root,Chinese angelica,notopterygium,coix seed,twotooth achyranthes root,honeysuckle,cassia twig,cortex phellodendri and atractylodes,use category to medicine,tonify deficiency,wind to wet medicine is given priority to,commonly used for combination of rhizoma atractylodis,cortex phellodendri and radix paeoniae rubra and rhizoma atractylodis-on the basis of cortex phellodendri used Bi Xie combination.
