| Objective:To observe the effect of Zuoguiwan Modified Pills in the prevention and treatment of leukopenia after neoadjuvant TEC chemotherapy in breast cancer, and to provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of leukopenia after breast cancer chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 58 patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into the treatment group(treatment:Zuogui pill plus or less prescription decoction, one dose per day, once in the morning and once in the evening)and the control group(only conventional treatment),with 29 cases in each group. Both the treatment group and the control group received neoad juvant chemotherapy wi th standard TEC regimen.Peripheral blood tests were performed before chemotherapy(excluding the day of initial chemotherapy)and on the 10th day after chemotherapy and recorded.WBC count,N value level(before chemotherapy and the 10th day after chemotherapy)and WBC reduction scale(the 10th day after chemotherapy)were compared. The dosage of recombinant human granulocytic stimulating factor injection(Ruiba),the Chinese medicine syndrome score, the change of KPS score, and the follow-up chemotherapy were observed.Results:1.Main indicators:(1)There were no significant differences in WBC and N counts between the treatment group and the control group before chemotherapy(P>0.05):(2)On the 10th day after chemotherapy, the peripheral blood images showed that the two cell counts in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference had statistical reference value(P<0.05).(3)On the 10th day after chemotherapy, the severity of WBC reduction in the treatment group was less than that in the control group, which was a statistical difference for clinical reference(P<0.05).(4)On the 10th day after chemotherapy, the therapeutic effect of WBC in the treatment group was 86.2%higher than that in the contr ol group(17.24%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).2 secondary indicators:(1)There was no significant difference in scores of TCM symptoms(dizziness, fever, night sweats, waist and knee pain and weakness, etc.)between the two groups before treatment, but there was a statistical difference after treatment intervention, the treatment group was significantly lower than the benefi t control group(P<0.05);(2)The amount of Rubicin in the treatment group was far less than that in the control group during the observation period, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment, the score of the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference had certain statistical reference significance.(4)In the interval between two chemotherapy treatments, the interval of chemotherapy again in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(most of the patients could complete two chemotherapy treatments on schedule),which had certain statistical significance(P<0.05). |
