Clinical Study Of Modified Zuogui Pills On Osteoporosis Induced By Aromatase Inhibitors Of Breast Cancer

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Zuogui Pill in the treatment of bone loss caused by aromatase inhibitor in menopause breast cancer.Methods: Sixty-two patients with hormone receptor-positive menopausal breast cancer consolidation and osteoporosis with liver-kidney deficiency were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and conventional treatment group.Chinese medicine treatment group used Modified Zuogui Pill combined with Letrozole,calcium carbonate D3 tablets treatment.The conventional treatment group was treated with letrozole and calcium carbonate D3 tablets.The efficacy was evaluated after 6 months of medication.SPSS 22.0 software was used for data statistics and analysis.Results: 1.After 6 months of treatment,the bone mineral density,TCM syndrome scores,disease efficacy,and KPS scores of the TCM treatment group were significantly higher than those of the conventional treatment group.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The blood calcium level in the Chinese medicine treatment group was higher than before,serum phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase levels were lower than before;the changes of serum calcium,serum phosphorus,and alkaline phosphatase in the conventional treatment group were not significant;There was no significant difference in serum phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase between the groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Modified Zuogui Pills has a certain effect on the treatment of breast cancer bone loss caused by aromatase inhibitors of breast cancer,reducing the incidence of related osteoporosis and fractures,and improving the quality of life of patients.It is a traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of menopausal breast cancer aromatase.Inhibition of osteoporosis due to inhibition provides clinical efficacy support.
