ObjectiveThis study explored the efficacy and safety of Zuogui Pill in the prevention of recurrent vertebral fractures after PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,and explored the pathogenesis of this disease,and the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis for Zuogui Pill.Clinical basis for vertebral fractures after PKP surgery for vertebral compression fractures.MethodsAccording to the standard,60 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture after PKP and TCM syndrome belonged to liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.According to the principle of randomness,all patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment.All patients underwent health education,reasonable diet,proper exercise,and sun exposure.The control group received oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets(batch number: National Drug Standard H10950029)once a day after PKP,twice a day.At the same time,placebo,one dose(400ml)a day,morning and evening.In the observation group,the placebo was changed to Zuoguiwan plus water decoction,and the dose was reduced according to the original prescription.The prescription is as follows: 15 g of rehmannia,9g of continuous debridement,9g of broken granules,9g of yam,9g of hawthorn meat,9g of Sichuan achyranthes,9g of dodder,and 6g of tortoise shell.Record the two groups of patients before treatment,1 month after treatment,3 The monthly alkaline phosphatase level,bone mineral density,VAS score before treatment,3 days,1 month,and 3 months after treatment,the incidence of vertebral body re-fracture and the overall efficacy,analysis and comparison of the observed results.Result: 1.General comparison: The gender,age,and bone cement injection volume of the two groups were randomized after treatment.After statistical test,P>0.05,no significant difference,comparable.2.Comparison of VAS scores: The VAS scores of the two groups at 3 days,1 month,and 3 months after treatment were statistically different(P<0.01),and compared between the two groups after treatment,the observation group Compared with the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.01).3.Bone density comparison: The bone mineral density of the two groups after 1 month and 3 months after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01);between the two groups,1 month after treatment,3 After the month,the bone density was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of alkaline phosphatase: The difference of alkaline phosphatase between the two groups after treatment for 1 month and 3 months was statistically significant(P<0.01);After 3 months,the alkaline phosphatase comparison was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Comparison of the incidence of re-fracture: The incidence of re-fracture in the two groups was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Overall effective comparison: The overall effective rate of the two groups was compared.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionZuogui Pill addition and subtraction has obvious effect on relieving postoperative pain,increasing bone density,reducing alkaline phosphatase level and preventing re-fracture in patients after PKP,and this treatment is non-invasive and safe,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
