The Survey Study On The Distribution Of Syndrome Factor And Pathogenic Factors Of Adenomyosis

Objective:Based on the clinical investigation of the population characteristics of patients with adenomyosis,this paper summarizes the distribution characteristics of syndrome factors and the etiology,so as to grasp the common law of the disease and provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:In this cross-sectional study,120 patients with adenomyosis in the Department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected to conduct a cross-sectional survey.The collected data were input into excel table to establish a database,and then imported into spss25.0statistical software for frequency analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis to summarize the syndrome factors and pathogenic factors.Results: 1.The results of symptom frequency analysis showed that there were 26 common symptoms of adenomyosis,among them,which the frequency of the first 10 were 115 cases(95.8%)had blood clots in menstrual blood,70cases(58.3%)had abdominal pain during menstruation,63 cases(52.5%)had excessive menstruation,63 cases(52.5%)had pain in lumbar and caudal vertebrae,54 cases(45%)had breast distension before menstruation,and 51 cases had anal distension after menstruation(50%),irritability 50cases(41.7%),waist and knee soreness 48 cases(40%),meridian dark red 46cases(38.3%),chilly limbs 46 cases(38.30%).There were 13 kinds of common tongue coating and pulse,which were thin tongue coating in 86 cases(71.7%),light red tongue in 70 cases(58.3%),fine vein in 66 cases(55.0%),white tongue coating in 65 cases(54.2%),deep vein in 57 cases(47.5%),dark tongue coating in 49 cases(40.8%),string vein in 43 cases(35.8%),yellow tongue coating in 38 cases(31.7%),smooth vein in 38 cases(31.7%),ecchymosis of tongue(or varicose vein under tongue)in 30 cases(25.0%),and abnormal tongue There were 23 cases(19.2%)with fat tongue,18 cases(15.0%)with astringent pulse and 17 cases(14.2%)with greasy tongue coating.2.Cluster analysis showed that the main syndrome factors of adenomyosis were qi stagnation,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the main disease locations of syndrome factors were liver,spleen and kidney.Factor analysis showed that the main syndrome factors of adenomyosis were blood stasis,qi stagnation,Qi deficiency and yang deficiency,and the main disease locations of syndrome factors were liver,spleen and kidney.3.The average age of the patients surveyed was(41.4±5.79)years,the highest incidence rate in the 41-45 year old group(45 cases,37.5%),and the majority were in light manual labor(100 cases,83.3%).Most of the patients were not physically active(72 cases,60%),and the majority of those who had normal weight(76 cases,76%).39 cases were overweight and obese,accounting for32.5%;condom contraception was the most common contraceptive measure(33cases,27.5%);78 cases(65%)had a history of intrauterine operation;111cases(92.5%)had a history of pregnancy;55 cases(45.8%)had a history of cesarean section;81 cases(67.5%)had a history of abortion;48 cases(40%)preferred spicy food;50 cases(41.7%)preferred irritability.Conclusion:1.The main syndrome factors of adenomyosis are blood stasis,qi stagnation,Qi deficiency and yang deficiency,and the main disease locations are liver,spleen and kidney.2.Age,exercise,weight,uterine cavity operation history,history of pregnancy and childbirth,eating habits,emotional factors are closely related to the incidence of adenomyosis.
