Based On Factor Analysis And Cluster Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Characteristics Of Gastric Polyp

Objective: Study of cases of patients with GP from,by collecting the patient’s general condition and four diagnostic data,etc.,the region is analyzed with the common TCM syndrome type of gastric polyp patients.Methods: This article mainly includes both theoretical and clinical research.The first part is the theory research,write one review,at first,it describes general situation of the modern medicine of gastric polyps,mainly introduces the clinical symptoms of the disease,classification,pathogenesis,carcinogenesis,treatment etc.;the second is about the Chinese medicine treatment of gastric polyps,which mainly introduces the disease diagnosis method,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment method unilateral prescriptions,commonly used traditional Chinese medicine etc.The second part is clinical study,the study looked at 159 cases of patients with gastric polyps,through the general data and four diagnostic information,using descriptive analysis,factor analysis and other statistical methods,to exploratory research of gastric polyps often witness syndrome and syndrome factor distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:(1)The study suggests middle-aged prevalence is higher,especially middle-aged old women.(2)According to clinical collect gastro-scope report,gastric polyps grow form is given priority to with type II,gastric polyp is easer to grow in the body of stomach,gastro sinus and fundus stomach,the growth of gastric polyps is given priority to with many parts,gastric polyp size in diameter is often in< 0.5 cm and 0.5-1.0 cm.(3)Observe 159 patients with gastric polyps in Hp infection situation that Hp tended to negative is the most common.(4)Woven pathology examination results showed that the gastric polyp in the majority with hyperplastic polyps and inflammatory polyps.(5)Through factor analysis it is concluded that the disease has empty and solid,disease syndrome element is stagnation of the circulation of vital energy,phlegm,heat,yin deficiency,blood stasis,qi(yang)deficiency,cold and wet,the syndrome factor for the disease is liver,spleen and stomach,the syndrome classification,roughly divided into the stagnated blood of stomach meridian,qi-stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach,syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach and spleen-stomach damp-heat.(6)The result of clustering and factor analysis is the same.Conclusions:(1)Through factor analysis and cluster analysis of gastric polyps clinical research of four diagnostic information,disease syndrome element is stagnation of the circulation of vital energy,phlegm,heat,yin deficiency,blood stasis,qi(yang)deficiency,cold and wet,the syndrome factor for the disease is liver,spleen and stomach,the syndrome classification,roughly divided into the stagnated blood of stomach meridian,qi-stagnation syndrome of liver and stomach,syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach and spleen-stomach damp-heat.(2)Using factor analysis and cluster analysis to study Chinese medical syndrome and factor,is good to objective research in studying Chinese medical syndrome and element,avoiding the subjective interference,has certain significance in regulating gastric polyp syndromes and element in Chinese medicine.
