Study On The Medication Regularity Of Professor Liu Yuanxian For The Treatment Of Bi-qiu Based On Data Mining Technology

ObjectiveThe data mining technology was used to explore the law of the recipe for treating Bi-qiu(allergic rhinitis)by Professor Liu Yuanxian,and the exploration summarized the discriminatory thinking,clinical experience and academic ideas of the mentor treating Bi-qiu(allergic rhinitis),so that the later reference and learning can also make his own efforts for the inheritance,development and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).MethodsClinically collected prescriptions for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Bi-qiu(allergic rhinitis)by Professor Liu Yuanxian in the outpatient department of Chinese medicine otolaryngology from October 2018 to May 2020 at Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The patients with Bi-qiu(allergic rhinitis)were collected using MicrosoftExce12016 recorded prescription herbs that met the inclusion criteria,underwent normalization treatment,and established a database,in which,first,Chinese medicine,Four Properties,Five Tastes and Channel distribution an herb categories for frequency statistical analysis,and high-frequency herbs were screened out,then SPSS and SPSS modeler 18.0 software were used to perform cluster analysis and association rule analysis for high-frequency herbs respectively.ResultsThe data mining analysis was carried out on 511 prescriptions from 176 Bi-qiu patient cases that met the inclusion criteria,and 147 of the 511 prescriptions involved TCM herbs,resulting in 7521 total frequency of herbs use,of which 30 herbs at high frequency(≥50 times)accounted for 84.31%.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)were warm,spicy,and lung meridian,and the TCM classifications were based on the interpretation of the herbs as the most common.High-frequency Chinese medicine system clustered out of 5 herb groups,the correlation rules analysis resulted in 16 herb pairs and 34 angle herb association groups,and the association compatibility mainly was the compatibility architecture of Jade Screen Powder and Xanthium Powder.ConclusionThrough the excavation and analysis of Professor Liu Yuanxian’s prescription herbs for the treatment of Bi-qiu,it is concluded that Professor Liu Yuanxian treated Bi-qiu with emphasis on the reconciliation of Zang Fu organs,paying attention to etiological and pathogenesis,focusing on the combination of disease mechanism,using plain and tranquilization,is good at using wind medicines and regulating the spleen and stomach,is based on Xin Wen,Gan Ping,and meridian tropism in lung and spleen,which mostly possess the properties of expelling wind and activating meridians,warming lung and dispelling cold,strengthening spleen and tonifying the Kidney,eliminating dampness and eliminating turbidity,reducing runny noses and other efficacies,with exact clinical efficacy,are worth drawing on in clinical learning.
