Study On Risk Factors Of Adenoidal Hypertrophy Complicated With Allergic Rhinitis In Children And Analysis Of Medication Law

Objective:Using a questionnaire,examine the risk factors and syndrome symptoms in children with allergic rhinitis and adenoidal enlargement.Understand the risk factors and how they relate to Northwest Dryness Syndrome.to offer pertinent theoretical information for the clinical diagnosis and management of AH and its complex AR.Based on the statistical analysis of clinical prescriptions in medical records published in Chinese database from2001 to 2022,this paper explores the law of prescription and medication in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy with traditional Chinese medicine,and provides reference for clinical medication.Methods: Using the questionnaire on risk factors of adenoidal hypertrophy in children,TCM clinical symptoms and signs were sorted out and described.In order to gather clinical prescriptions of medical records from the AH literature database of traditional Chinese medicine therapy from January 2000 to December 2022,the databases of China’s CNKI,WANFANG,and VIP were searched.This provided objective data on drug use.To use multivariate statistical methods,such as correlation analysis and cluster analysis,in conjunction with the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V3.0),SPSS Statistics(26.0),and SPSS Modeler(18.0),the key indicators of prescription metrology were investigated.Results: Adenoid hypertrophy is related to the aggravation of allergic rhinitis symptoms,and allergic rhinitis with adenoid hypertrophy is related to northwest dryness syndrome.There are 366 clinical prescriptions,including 230 varieties of conventional Chinese drugs,33 varieties of commonly used medicines such as Flos Magnoliae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.The four different air temperatures,cold and mild,and the five different types of medications are primarily bitter,pungent,and sweet in their medicinal characteristics.The lung,stomach,spleen,and liver meridians are where most medicines have their meridians of tropism,and the drugs’ principal therapeutic effects include heat-clearing,pain-relieving,tonic,and hepatic effects.6 categories of potential new parties.Conclusion:Adenoid hypertrophy is the aggravating factor of allergic rhinitis,and northwest dryness syndrome is the aggravating factor of allergic rhinitis combined with adenoid hypertrophy.The treatment method of adenoid hypertrophy is to solve the surface and understand the surface,clear heat and improve the throat,to use silver qiao powder,salina soup and spleen,to strengthen the spleen and strengthen the lung,and to dissolve phlegm and phlegm,promote qi and blood circulation,and commonly use yupingfeng powder,Erchen soup and elimination pills.
