Based On Respiratory Audio Spectrum,the Clinical Effect Of He’s Chest-back-to-back Purging Sputum Method On Children With Cough Of Phlegm Dampness And Lung Accumulation Was Discussed

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of He’s method of chest and back cleaning phlegm in treating children cough with phlegm dampness and lung accumulation by respiratory audio spectrum analysis.Methods:Sixty-eight children with cough of phlegm,dampness and lung were divided into two groups by random number table method,namely treatment group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The treatment group was treated with conventional massage plus He’s chest cleansing sputum method,while the control group was treated with conventional massage plus eight channels.Before and after treatment,the bluetooth stethoscope was used to collect the respiratory sounds of both sides of the lungs in the stable state of the children.Spectrum analysis was used for data analysis.Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome scoring scale was used for overall evaluation of the children.The improvement of symptoms and signs in the two groups was observed,as well as whether the changes of respiratory sound data were statistically significant.Results:1.Comparison of clinical symptoms: there was significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that he’s chest back phlegm clearing massage has better effect in the treatment of children’s cough(phlegm dampness accumulation in the lung type).2.Effective rate comparison: the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,and that of the control group was 86.67%;there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.There were significant differences in respiratory frequency,frequency spectrum,sound intensity and sound power between the two groups before and after treatment(P <0.05).Respiratory frequency,frequency spectrum,sound intensity and sound power decreased in both groups after treatment,but the decrease was greater in the treatment group.4.Safety evaluation: no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:Respiratory audio spectrum analysis is a new and sensitive method,which can objectively and quantitatively evaluate the pulmonary ventilation function of children with cough.He’s method of chest and back cleaning phlegm is effective in treating children cough with phlegm dampness and lung accumulation.
